I am currently flying from Van Nuys California on my cross country, we have made several stops along the way and there is no better service or more professional staff than at Flightways in Columbus Ga.. Thanks for your dedication and service! Keep up the good work.

Dropped in at KCSG while ferrying a C172 from up north, met by friendly smiles anxious to help. Loaned us the crew car (brand new) to get a bite to eat at one of the countless nearby restaurants (we loved Fuddruckers, excellent recommendation girls!) while they topped us off with reasonably priced fuel. Clean and spacious facility, a superb experience all-around...Thanks a bunch!

Stopped in for fuel on a cross-country in a Cherokee 180. Staff was very friendly, offered up the crew car to get a bite to eat and the price for the fuel was a little less than what was advertised. Very clean and comfortable FBO. Great place to stop if you're in the area.

We arrived Wednesday afternoon to outstanding service. They had our car rental waiting at the airplane as we pulled into parking. The lineman observed a low nose wheel when we turned into our spot. He mentioned that there was MX based on the field. The receptionist in Flightways was very helpful in referring Speedbird Aero. Within 5 minutes they were down here to service our airplane! I highly recommend Richard with Speedbird Aero for maintenance issues. Overall service is topnotch!

Outstanding service. I arrived almost three hours after closing and a lineman was waiting to marshall us in. He had the rental car ready and waiting for my passengers, and said he would take care of my fuel order and tying the aircraft down for the overnight. All I had to do was park, unload and head to the hotel. The next morning when my passengers and I came back, they had the aircraft pulled up front near the door and fueled up as requested. Fuel prices were fair considering the great level of service received. Excellent stop!

Arrived Saturday, departed Monday, in a Grumman Traveler. Full-service fuel discounted to self-serve price. We had arranged for the rental of a Hertz car through the normal airport agency, and the FBO staff called them and had the car delivered to the FBO. Very nice facility, easy access. Am spoiled by fuel prices at home (KEQY).

Made a refueling stop close to closing time. After refueling, plane would not start due to a broken magneto. The staff stayed past closing time arranging for maintenance the next day and securing a hotel room and transportation. Outstanding customer service! Thanks much.

I arrived excited based upon the posts about discounted fuel and good service. Service was ok but after discussing with the counter girl about ramp fee requested a fuel order Sat of 20 gal that I THOUGHT would waive the over weekend fees since $10 waives one night. NOPE. $15 a night what a RIP OFF. I went out of my way to purchase extra of this overpriced fuel so I emailed the manager, a Michael S. Roberts who replied "Your purchase of fuel waived one day of ramp or tie down. Your aircraft was here a number of days. My staff handled the situation as expected. No refund will be forthcoming." There is a flight school at the end of the ramp if you MUST land here I would contact them for parking - OR BETTER GO TO ANOTHER AIRPORT CLOSER WITH FUEL .40 cents cheaper. NOT WORTH A STOP OR A VISIT HERE!Response from Michael Roberts, General Manager, Flightways Columbus With regards to Mr. Hayduk's statement: Mr. Hayduk was informed upon his arrival that one nights "tie-down" fee, or one night's ramp fee would be waived with a minimum purchase of 10 gallons of fuel. He comments at one point on the "discounted fuel", and then does a "180" and comments on the "overpriced fuel". The fuel price remained the same for the time his aircraft was at our facility. On weekends I heavily discount 100LL which is currently $4.15 per gallon. Also, Mr. Hayduk is in error in suggesting that aircraft parking is available at the Flight School. It is not.

Great weekend staff. Damaris and Amanda made all the arrangements to take care of the flat tire on my Mooney while I visited my grandsons. My plane was ready to go when I returned a couple of hours late. The also sell 100LL full service at self-service prices. Oh, yeah the FBO is very comfortable.

One Bad Apple - Great Facility, Super line guys & CSR's, and a FBO manager that is difficult & unprofessional in my opinion. I was one of their largest 100LL customers. I now use KEUF, KLGC or KPIM. They are all less than 20 miles away with no ramp fee's and much cheaper fuel.

Higher priced FBO on this XC trip, but a favorite place to stop. Courteous and helpful, and it should be pretty nice with the remodeling nearly completed.

Awesome FBO! I had an in flight emergency and had to land right at closing time. They bent over backwards to ensure I had a rental car and hotel for the night. Staff is great. Fuel and hangars are reasonable. Also, the maintenance shop affiliated with them on the airport is EXCEPTIONAL and available 24/7 if you have a maintenance issue.

Landed there on October 4, 2009 in my Beech F33A, N85WM. Very pleasant staff- had my Avis car ready & waiting, and made a reservation for me at the nearby Courtyard - prompt service, very friendly staff, first rate. Many thanks!

Great service. Arrived 08/18/09. It was great for my passengers and I to be met planeside with cold bottles of water from the linemen on a hot day. The facility is great and even had sweet tea inside. Great place and friendly professional staff. I will be back.
