The folks at Delta Private Jets have always been superb. Whether we have been quick-turning, spending the day, or needing shelter from a winter storm, Tony and the guys have been efficient and friendly. Thanks guys.

OK, it's not cheap but it is a big city Bravo airport. Ramp fee waived with 20 gallons of fuel. I was made to feel welcome and wanted.

Had to stop in at CVG because of weather back to North Carolina and experienced excellent and friendly service at Delta Jet Center. Everyone I talked to from the linesman to the guys behind the desk was very helpful and understanding of the weather situation even though I was only flying a Piper Turbo Lance. Will stop there again when I am in Cincinnati.

Great service from everyone when we are here. Red carpet, nice facility, and can provide transportation. There is ramp fee that is waived with fuel purchase, which is to be expected at a Bravo airport. -3611b

Quite content; line and counter service were great. Crew car not offered, but ran me out for lunch and then promptly picked me up. **5 cent flowage fee added to advertised fuel price** Rental car ready when we landed; summary - pricey, but no hassle experience.

Stopped in on 6/18/10 while attempting to avoid storms. No line guys waiting to direct to parking - took a couple minutes of sitting on the ramp before getting somebody. This, really, is my only complaint. Nice facilities inside, plane was topped off before departure, and fuel price was ok considering that it is a class B. They even pushed the plane in a hangar while waiting for storms to pass.

The folks at Delta AirElite were incredibly hospitable. They shuttled us to a nearby restaurant at no charge, filled our tanks, and gave us the full red carpet treatment. Don't be afraid to visit this class B airport and the folks at Delta FBO. It was a great experience.

I went into CVG several weeks ago during an ice storm with a single engine Cessna. Spent the night - the next day I asked to have the plane put in the hangar for 2 hours - I was told it would be $100 and I asked (Greg Bumpus - the GM) if they had a better price. NO!!!!! Later when I was ready to leave my plane was in the front - when other planes started leaving the hangar before my plane I was told by Mr. Bumpus that basically he had higher paying customers that wanted out and complained loudly that I was looking for a lower price to put in the hangar. I was outraged because of his attitude and he did not give a hoot. Terrible customer service from a company that just has very high charges because they can (only FBO on the field). I will every attempt to go into KLUK when I come this way.

We flew into KCVG for a two night stay. Proceeded to Delta Air Elite FBO. Nowhere is there any mention or was I told of any landing/handling fees. Upon leaving, I went to pay my fuel bill and tacked onto the charge ticket, without any mention of it, was $225.00 for "PARKING" on a ramp area Delta Air Elite doesn't even own. It represented $150.00 per night and half off the first night for purchasing 200 gallons of fuel. I felt like they were tacking on $225.00 and hoping I would not notice. I think it was sneaky and an unbelievably high charge. Delta Air Elite is the only FBO on the field and I guess they think they can get away with it. Next time, I'll fly into KLUK. There are two FBO's there and have a good reputation and are competing with each other for our business. BEWARE ! !

Nice facility and good service. Everyone has complained about the fuel prices here but they seemed fair. The $50 parking fee was waived with a purchase of 10 gallons or more of fuel. Nothing out of the ordinary for an FBO at a Class B airport.

I have been flying at least twice a year to meet with fellow partners and corporate board members of our real estate business which is located in Tampa. We have been meeting in Memphis which is about a two hour trip for all of us. We decided to change the scenery a bit by meeting in Cincinnati this last weekend. It takes my buddies the same two hour commercial jet trip but would allow me to fly my Cessna 210 only forty minutes to get there. I flew into the FBO (Delta AirElite) at KCVG. I stayed three nights and was charged $60 per night to park there!! I complained but was told that that is a competitive rate. I told them that it wasn't. Just wanted to let any unsuspecting pilot considering this FBO to be aware of the high cost there.

What a great experience! I flew a dog in on a Pilots N Paws animal rescue mission, to get the dog on a cargo flight to Seattle. The folks at AirElite took me and the dog over to Delta Cargo, then came back and picked me up when I was ready. They then waived the $50 fee and did not require the 10 gallon minimum fuel purchase. They were very gracious and accommodating. I will definitely use them again for any stop in Cincinnati.
