We cleared customs at KCXL in our Turbo Arrow after a long weekend in Mulege (Baja). No more than 10 minutes after touchdown, our customs clearance was complete. The agent was polite and friendly. The fuel prices here are sadly quite a bit higher than San Diego Brown ($6.10 as compared to $5.39 at Brown), but when we last cleared Customs at Brown, it took a solid 45 minutes. All in all, Calexico is a great place to clear US Customs when returning from Mexico. Oh, the FBO guys were helpful and friendly, and had our plane fueled quickly while we ate lunch at Rosa's Cafe.

These guys are fantastic! We got food, fuel and cleared customs in a flash. Highly recommend.

They have the best Mexican food among most of SoCal airports I have visited. If you come in group, you can ask waitress to order the dishes for you and share the dishes. All of them are excellent.

Landed on Nov. 27, 2009 runway 26, right TPA, don't overshoot the base leg; friendly folks.

Recently landed here to clear customs in our Cheyenne... The Customs officers were very nice and we were fueled and on our way to KSMO (Santa Monica, CA) in no time.
