Service is indeed poor. We flew in for the authentic foods but waited for 10 minutes before 2 other tables were given their food before we were even asked about drinks. I had to get up 5 times to go to the counter to ask for menus, drinks, more water and even the check. The chips came in a bowl that was covered with salsa on the outside. They knew we weren't locals and the "mild" (listed on the menu) wasn’t even edible. Pilots should avoid this place until they go out of business.
Stopped by on 5-30-11 on the way back to the Bay Area from Mulege (Baja). We both had the Rosa's burger with fries (bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions.) The burger was definitely tasty, although the fries were pretty undercooked. But after 3 hours in the air, who cares? ;-)
