From Arthur Gallagher on 22-Jul-2007: What a fantastic operation Goodrich Aviation runs at this great little airport. I stopped in on a Sunday morning for a two-hour meeting in Owego. The young lineman met me at the plane and "rolled out the red carpet" for my fiancé and me. A courtesy car was offered and upon our return, that same young man offered fuel our aircraft, even though the pumps were clearly "self serve." This FBO and airport is truly a jewel. Thank you for a great experience.
From Robert Brooks on 08-May-2007: I visit Tri-Cities Airport several times a year to visit family. Each time I make an approach it reminds me of my first flights back in the early 70's. Not much has changed, the airport still gets flooded from time to time. The old buildings remain and it is clear that this airport has a long and rich history. Goodrich Aviation is a fantastic operation. They focus on service and really care for their customers. Doug is a great guy and will always take time to chat with you. For me this airport is about going home, it is always pleasurable and I am never disappointed with my visits.

My instructor, Gerd Jacob, was extremely professional, covered a wide range of topics, and administered a complete review. The staff, facilities, and aircraft are great. I highly recommend Goodrich to all current and aspiring pilots.
