I have been coming here for a few years. The take over from Jet Direct hasn't changed them: always friendly with small GA planes and pilots. 6$/gal is crazy, but the $15/night ramp fee is ok. Highly recommended.

I parked at Regal at about 0100. I had to wait about 5 hours before my departure. I went to sleep in the very comfortable pilot lounge. When I woke, my airplane was put inside due to a hard frost. Had it not been for the excellent service of the 3rd shift, my departure would have been delayed. Great experience there. Signature Flight Service, take some notes.

First Class FBO. I hope it never changes. Haven't tried any of the other FBOs on the field; don't need to.

Very helpful people, even late at night. Even brought out the duct tape to help seal our window on our Cessna 172 Cutlass. Nice massage chair in the pilot's lounge. Tower controllers could be a bit better and the most recent taxiway diagrams weren't what was actually there but that the FAA problem not Regal's.

Top notch FBO. Expertly marshaled to parking and rental car was pre-cooled and brought to aircraft. Line service personnel and CSRs were all friendly and helpful. Great facilities and best JET-A price on the field. Passengers and crew all agree that Regal Aviation is the place to go at DAL.

Overnight over the weekend, July 29-30. Every bit as good as reported. Helpful staff, rental car brought out to our 172. Even had name up on the sign inside. Car not full of fuel, but was not charged. Downsides, not advised of $10 delivery charge for car. Misinformed about tiedown fee, was told would be no charge by new person, no offer to correct. Still a deal, only $10 with no fuel. Aircraft not staged on time as promised was slightly disappointing.

Great FBO. We flew in from a long overnight flight in a Seminole. Came from SAN, and were beat by the time we finally got to DAL. The folks at Regal allowed us to use their crew rest room, set up camp in the pilot lounge, and offered us anything we needed during the 10 we were there. Top class service, and great people. Fuel price is high...Really high 5.89. Get what you pay for I guess! Great experience all around...

Stopped in for a 2-night stay with these guys recently in a King Air 200. Can't say enough about them. No ramp fees or anything of the sort and the service was by far the best I've seen from any FBO anywhere. Front desk and line could not have been more helpful. For a great experience, stop in and see the people at Regal.

Once again, they treated me like I had driven up in a Gulfstream instead of a somewhat scroungy looking Cutlass RG. Rent car delivered right to the airplane, free bottled water fetched by a cute girl for the thirsty pilot, and an all around impression that they were glad I was there. Great operation. This is the second time I've had unmatched service from these folks. It took (most of) the pain out of paying $5.10/gal. for 100LL, since I know I would have paid about as much at most any big airport FBO and not been treated nearly as well.
