Kudos’ to the folks at Signature DAL! I am a frequent customer, but even before they became a regular stop they always treated us 1st class whether in the Cirrus or the jet. I have found that they are quite fair on ramp vs fuel requirements when I compare to the service provided and the alternatives. Monday I had a unscheduled, high priority, short notice trip to DAL and Signature not only took care of ground transportation for us with one hurried phone call, they went above and beyond to ensure all was taken care throughout the day. Thank you.

Was charged an overnight ramp fee for a PA-28, despite purchasing 44 gal of fuel. When I inquired about this, the manager said to me it is their policy to charge a ramp fee for all single-engine aircraft regardless of fuel purchase. There are several FBO's at Love who do not charge ramp fees with a fuel purchase. I will not use Signature again, and I encourage anybody who flies into Love to use the other FBOs as well. Signature does not support the little guy, and we all started as the "little guy" regardless of what we fly now.
