We arrived late in the day and were handled promptly and courteously. It was raining and Phil Spaugy the owner offered us his car to use to go to our hotel rather than wait for the shuttle. You can't beat their service!!!

Just come here! Everybody is genuinely friendly, not just being that way for work. We had to land due to electrical issues and the entire staff from front desk to the Chief mechanic was great. They set us up with a hotel for the night, got us a ride and had our plane fixed by the morning. ASI at KDAY took care of us!

Aviation Sales is very good with customer service. We were involved in a mass freight movement from DAY to TCL for an auto manufacturer. The prices were fair and competitive and the treatment was excellent and very proactive. Check the fuel prices here, they are very very competitive. We would return to this business without reservation...... A real pleasure. Makes the top 10 for us in the US system.

Last Sunday evening my friend and I arrived at KDAY needing fuel after some enroute changes of plans only to discover that all FBOs on the field were closed. ATC was kind enough to make a phone call for us after we'd taxied onto ASI's dark ramp and were confronted with the prospect of an unplanned overnight stay in town. The son of one of the company's owners graciously offered to come from home to top us off and enable us to continue onward to our homes in Pittsburgh. Courtesy and professional service like that is a wonderful thing to encounter on a cold, dark night. Thank you very much. And thanks as well to KDAY's tower personnel. All of you made an excellent impression.

Arrived slightly after 9 PM last night (Sunday, March 27, 2011). Despite the fact that all three FBOs were already closed, Aviation Sales not only agreed to come in to refuel us, but also was there within five minutes (literally) of our arriving at the FBO. The lineman was a GEM, and refused to charge me a callout fee despite the fact that we had not prospectively arranged for after hours service. He then unlocked the FBO for us and encouraged us to relax indoors while he refueled the plane. I am indebted to Aviation Sales, and look forward to providing them with more business in the future.

Overnight in snowstorm. Amy and her staff went above and beyond to provide us with hangar space, transportation and good ol' fashion customer service. First class service with a smile none of the other FBO's on the field can match. Thank you Amy, hope to visit again soon.

These people are great. I've used all three FBO's at DAY over the past few years and ASI has been the best. Visited on a Saturday. Line guy came out to meet the plane to park me. They lent me a car to see the Air Force Museum. Unfortunately, when I returned I learned that the gas truck was out of commission and I had to taxi across the field to fill up. But even with the gas truck problem, ASI was still substantially better than the FBO from which I got my gas.

We ended up at KDAY around 2030 on Labor Day in desperate need to some fuel. After trying two other airports in the area to no avail, KDAY was our last chance. We taxied up to ASI and the lights were off and no one home. I called the 1-800 number and Phil Spaugy answered, I explained my situation and he came from his house on Labor Day and picked the three of us up and took us to the terminal to get a rental car to finish our trip to Cincinnati. I came back up the next day, fueled and was on my way back home. The service Phil and the ASI team provided was nothing short of spectacular and service that is hard to find these days in aviation. Once again thank you for all the help and taking time away from your holiday to help us out. Thanks..

Used ASI for COPA M8 Fly In. They were very considerate about our needs, and provided extra transportation to the hotel. Returned on June 27 to avoid a storm. Did not ask the lineman, nor did he offer, for the price of a hangar, and was stunned to come back to a $100 bill for a one night Cirrus stay (discounted from their normal $150). After several days of research and some discussion, they agreed to provide an additional $30 discount. Be careful what you ask for.

Excellent service! Called the day before a trip to Dayton to visit the Air Force Museum, and they let me use the owners car for the couple hours I was there. Got back and the plane was ready to go. Will be back!

I was one of many Cirrus arrivals for the Migration in Dayton. ASI handled the mass arrival very well, and was extremely friendly. I was the last Cirrus to leave, and got stuck waiting for weather to clear out. After getting the wet cover off my plane, ASI even offered to have a fan blow it dry while I waited so I wouldn't have to stow it wet in the plane. Thanks, ASI!

I highly recommend ASI! It's a full-service FBO; the staff is extremely helpful and attentive. We were at KDAY for a "Fly'In", and even though there were MANY other planes at ASI, they gave each client their full and prompt attention. They returned our rental car for us so we could be on our way, and they had our plane ready and waiting for us. Visit ASI and see the Wright Bros' Museum when you go to Dayton!

Great Customer Service. Flew in over the Memorial Day Weekend. Told them I would not be in until 9 pm (an hour after they normally close). They had a lineman there waiting for us to arrive with the rental car. Then had a lineman come in an hour early so we could get an early start. Will definitely come back!

I was at KDAY 2 weekends ago and stayed with ASI on the SE side of the field. Ramp staff was right there on arrival, offered to assist me in unloading and getting to my car. They were attentive while still paying attention to other arriving traffic. Sunday's departure was equally smooth and courteous by the person on duty. A very positive and enjoyable FBO experience! I will stay with them again.

I flew into Dayton to see the Air Force Museum.The folks at Aviation Sales were most helpful. They fueled and tied down my plane and then let me have the crew car to go to the museum. Also they recommended a nice hotel to stay at a reasonable price. I do plan to return and I will go back to Aviation Sales.

After a trip from Virginia to Dayton on Wednesday May 12, 2010, through some pretty lousy weather, including missing the approach at two outlying airports, I had to go into Dayton Cox. I was in there a couple of years ago for the air show and got great service from Aviation Sales so I went there again. Great service once again. Brian gets me into a hangar at a very reasonable price and let me use the van to get a bite to eat while I waited for the relatives to come to the new landing spot. Great service again. Thanks.

Had a cyl failure on our 414 30 out of KDAY-ATC suggested KDAY best place for maintenance. Diverted to KDAY and asking opinions all suggestions led to Aviation Sales. When I taxied up they were out there and put aircraft in hangar within ten minutes. Their mechanic started to work within 30 minutes and completed the job within 24 hours from taxi in. Phil and Amy Spaugy the owners are on site to make sure your needs are taken care of. REAL GOOD PEOPLE-AND CARE!! Great fuel prices and short taxi for takeoff.

7/18/2009 was my daughter's first Dayton Air Show. We had a marvelous experience thanks to Aviation Sales Inc. ASI did an exceptional job hosting General Aviation aircraft. I had valve stem damage to our Arrow's nose wheel that was found by ASI lineman during fueling, It was repaired during the air show by mechanic Dale Rasor coming in from home on a Saturday. Amy and Phil Spaughy, VP ASI, treated us like family. ASI offers AOPA fuel discount. A very welcoming, supportive FBO!
