July 24, 2008, Wow, my mother does not treat me any better than Aviation Sales and staff. I brought a plane for exhibit for the Dayton Air Show. Everyone there bent over backwards to accommodate me. The entire staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. I had some extra time to observe the daily business and was impressed. Highly recommend ASI for your next trip to DAY.

Helpful and friendly staff. Amy responded very quickly when there was a question concerning contract fuel programs. She really knows her stuff.

Fees were low, employees were friendly & helpful, and FBO was clean & nice. Thanks for the good service! BTW - they also accept Colt fuel cards!

The Aviation Sales team was great. Lori, Nathan and Roger were very professional and efficient. The FBO is clean and neat. We had scheduled a late arrival after hours but were even more delayed out of APF. They were here and waiting. Lori even drove us to the hotel after the shuttle driver said it was too late for him. We were fueled quickly and correctly and got a great price along with AVTRIP fuel points. Thanks for the great service.

It was such a joy to go to an FBO that really cared. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility is very nice and the fuel (Avfuel) was very reasonable. Amy also let me use her personal car for lunch!!!! Great place. Keep up the good work!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Aviation Sales of DAY is by far one of the best customer friendly FBO's I have visited. I have visited a lot of FBO's during my career, from the busy corporate airports to the small mom and pop ones. Aviation Sales is on the top tier as far as I am concerned. Thanks for the great service! See you next time.

This is by far the friendliest and most helpful FBO of all the ones I go to. The major FBO's should come here and get a customer service lesson. Shawn, the lineman, was overly helpful. It's an absolute pleasure to have service like this. Can't wait to come back!!! Thanks.

The line crew did an awesome job getting us ready for an almost impossible flight. The line crew bent over backwards to ensure we had everything we needed to get going. Every time we pass thru DAY we can always count on first class service from the crew at Aviation Sales. Thanks for a great job.

Having a new opportunity to observe FBO operations both as a tenant and customer I have been very pleased with the services provided in supporting my operations. ASI employees are courteous, helpful and anticipate needs to ensure that your passenger's experiences are memorable. The facilities at ASI are clean, quiet, and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The coffee is great also!! Fuel prices are fair, and services fees are very reasonable.

This was the first time we had flown our PC-12 into this facility. They took great care of us. On arrival our rental cars had been mixed up. They got them here. We had to depart on short notice. They got us some box lunches and we were ready to go.

Thank you for keeping the FBO open past closing time. Nathan was very helpful; he brewed a fresh pot of coffee for a late night flight crew. The lounge was comfortable and clean. We appreciate all that was provided us. Hendrick Motorsports flight crew.

When I came into DAY last weekend the folks at ASI couldn't have treated me better. They were efficient, friendly and even gave me a ride to my destination about 5 miles from the airport. The plane was fueled and ready to go later in the day when I was ready to depart. I'd highly recommend ASI next time you're at Dayton International. It's a little longer taxi but well worth it!

I have owned several 310R models and currently own a CE340a. Over the past 15 years I've always used ASI for my annual inspections and maintenance. During that time, I've only lost one flight to a maintenance item and I firmly believe that is because, Dale Rasor, senior technician at ASI does things right. So, high recommendations for the maintenance shop at ASI.

We recently flew our 177 Cardinal to Dayton to attend my 40th Vandalia Butler High School Reunion. I had called ahead to Aviation Sales to give them a "heads up" on my arrival time. Wow! What great service was waiting for us. Prompt parking directions followed by a personal "by name" greeting. Woody was in charge and had ground transportation waiting, provided help with baggage, and handled tie down and security chores. "Have a great weekend at your reunion and don't worry about your bird, I'll keep an eye on her for you", was Woody's friendly Friday evening farewell. The reunion was absolutely great, we trusted Woody and the other Aviation Sale personnel to keep their promise, and they did. Thank-you Phil and all the Aviation Sales Team. Ps. Stan Verrill sends his most sincere regards to all his friends.

This is my third time into Aviation Sales and they continue to impress. As SOP, we arrived after hours and Shawn was waiting for us, with prompt and courteous service. Upon departure Brad was waiting for us as requested to give us a ride from the hotel. Once at the aircraft Brad and Woody continue to impress. We see a lot of FBOs and meet a lot of people, but nowhere are the great service so consistent. Thanks to All

My wife and I stopped at ASI in our Baron over the Labor Day weekend. As always there was friendly and capable service with a smile. Just as we were boarding up, my wife’s ANR headset battery went dead. ASI quickly found a new battery for her, sparing her from three hours of two droning IO-470's. We have used every FBO on this field, and ASI is the most convenient, and usually very competitive on fuel.

I have been flying in and out of the KDAY regularly for three years and am a regular user of ASI's services. Whether I was in an experimental or a turbine the service has always been outstanding. My visits usually take place on the weekends and the manager on duty without fail is Woody. He and the ramp crew provide outstanding service to everyone. They have great facilities I believe the best fuel prices.

Flew in on 2/20/06, to visit the USAF museum, and let me tell you the service was very personable, you don't get that very often. The rental car was pulled right up to our plane and all the arrangements were made for the car prior to our arrival. The lady there made sure we were fueled up, and prior to our visit answered all my questions, which put my mind at ease about flying into an unfamiliar airport. Overall the best service, and will definately be back again!!!

Flew in 11/11 - left 11/12. Good service, but apparently had the volume turned down on the unicom since another aircraft and I were calling them on final. When we arrived service was great - pulled the car rental right to the plane. Gas was $3.89 with AOPA discount, no parking fee with top. They paid attention to my instruction on how to really top our tanks and did it perfectly. Recommended.

My wife and I brought our Baron to ASI on Aug. 27th. The staff there was very friendly and accommodating. The residual weather from hurricane Katrina was bearing down on DAY, and their staff put my plane in their hangar to protect it, free of charge. They waived my parking/overnight fees with fuel purchase, and were very attentive. Fuel was expensive, but ASI was the cheapest on the field. When back in DAY, I'll definitely go to ASI.
