Called about dropping a friend off at FBO and getting a ride to the airline terminal. Wright Bros said there is a 25 buck landing fee for my RV-8. Called Aviation Sales and Stevens and they said no fee. Somebody is wrong and I think it is Wright Bros.

Chose Wright Bros. Aero because of their lower gas prices. Very nice facility. Their theatre pilot's lounge was something I had never seen before, and a very neat idea (although I did not take advantage of it). All fees were waived with the purchase of any amount of fuel. Crew car (a Cadillac) was made available with no time restriction. Bathrooms were among the cleanest I've seen in an FBO. All around great experience!

Arrived just before the 5 PM Sunday afternoon closing time, the 10th. The lineman (didn't get his name) stayed with us, arranged a hotel room and P/U. Checked back in about 45 mins later and was loading us up for the hotel when their wayward van finally arrived. Plane was fueled, as requested, when we got there a little after 8 the next morning. Great, friendly Service.

Arrived at 8 am and found the place open and ready for business. I was greeted immediately and refueled. The staff there was friendly and very helpful. Thanks everyone for a great experience. I will be back.

Arrived at DAY via our vintage Bonanza about 9:30 PM last Thursday and Wright Brothers was the only FBO open for business. We received a friendly greeting from Mitch the lineman who arranged for both a hotel and transportation. The next morning the plane had been topped off and pulled to the front door for our departure to 83D. On the return trip (Saturday) we stopped at Wright Brothers again; however they had closed earlier that evening along with everyone else. Not to worry as a phone was available and a code was provided to enter the facility where we were able to make a hotel reservation and call a cab. The next morning we called Wright Brothers for fuel and our friend Mitch arranged transportation from our hotel. Thanks Mitch for the great service!

Flew a V-Tail to KDAY to visit the Artistry in Wood Show at the Expo Center at the airport. The lineman was out to greet us and park us promptly, but the desk attendant inside seemed irritated to see us. She asked if we needed any services (which we didn't) and said "Have a good day." When we returned about 3 hours later, they wanted $25 for parking. That wasn't mentioned when we had arrived and it just seemed unnecessary since we were just parked for a few hours. I understand the fee, just seems they could have waived it for a few hours of parking.

Stopped in for a quick turn in my Cherokee 180. Lineman was out to direct me in to parking, and fueled me immediately. Pilot's lounge and flight planning room were both very adequate. I wouldn't hesitate to stop in again, if I'm in the area.
