I was diverted to this airport due to weather below minimums southwest of here (Belle Plaine and then Cedar Rapids). Because original destination had no fuel, I had topped my extended range tanks and with a passenger going home, I could not take on more fuel. They treated me the same as if I had put on 100 gallons. Great FBO and great staff. I will make this a "for sure" fuel stop when passing their direction in the future.

From the moment Jamie waved us in until the tower controller handed us off our entire experience with the Jet Center was memorable. Jamie recommended and reserved us rooms at the meticulously restored Hotel Julian in downtown Dubuque. STAY AT THIS HOTEL and not at one of the cookie cutter chains. THANK YOU Jamie!

Very good experience. Tina got me a rental car at a great rate and Jesse was very helpful with directions in the local area. I was charged a $10 tie down fee for two nights.

Have flown in here on several occasions and have always been treated very well. Staff is always attentive and friendly even when not purchasing fuel. Will definitely be back in the future.

I landed not long before closing time and got fast, friendly service from the one lineman manning the place. Very nice facilities! The airport's big, roomy and easy to navigate.

8-29-09 went to Dubuque and Galena IL for the weekend. Used Jet Service for fuel and tie down. Great crew. The girls working gave us fantastic tips on where to eat (If you haven't tried Vinny's in Galena I would suggest doing so). Hats off to the great crew and service in Dubuque.

Stopped by for fuel and dinner. The staff was courteous, cheerful and attentive. They went out of their way to offer dining suggestions and directions and let us borrow the crew car for the drive to the restaurant. The facilities are great too. I highly recommend Dubuque Jet Center to any one visiting KDBQ.

Nice folks. They hangared my airplane when severe wx moved in and I appreciated it. Cost was reasonable also.

Stopped to RON on the way to VA. They helped me find a hotel and cab. Service from the FBO was great. My only issue with the airport is that there are no hotels near by. It seems that it out in the middle of nowhere and it is a pricey taxi ride to downtown.

They didn't offer to wash our windows or provide a free car but... Great service nevertheless. The line person came out as we were exiting the runway after touchdown, got the Avis rental car paperwork ready and we were on the road to Galena in less than 10 minutes! I love it that the car was parked right at the entrance. Very nice facilities too. As a side note - Avis seems to have a "day rate" of you're using less than 6 hours, which they charged me $16 - what a great deal. Keep it up AVIS and KDBQ Jet Center!

I was based at DBQ for a job and the Jet Center did a good job on fueling and services though as the name implies you will be second to serve if there are jets present. There is a very large flight school on the field so expect lots of training traffic on weekdays.

Stopped in Dubuque for fuel and a bite to eat. Tim and Jaimie at Dubuque Jet Center were extremely helpful and gave us the crew car for a quick run into town for dinner. Very courteous staff, great fuel prices, and a nice facility. Will definitely stop here again.
