Travis was great. It was a quick fuel stop for me as I was ferrying a PA23/250 from KGTF to CYOO. I didn't have time to run into town. Travis fired up the BBQ and cooked me hot dogs for lunch. I felt so welcome! It was greatly appreciated. Travis went above and beyond to help me. The FBO is cute, there is a patio outside and a little putting green. The RWYs are in great condition. I will definitely be back on my next flight to KGTF. Thank you for everything!

Over-the-top!!! That is how I would describe our recent experience at Western Edge! I will admit, our timing was good; we happened to be flying to Dickinson just in time or their customer appreciation cookout. Pat, Rick, staff and family served a lovely evening BBQ. We were treated like we were special customers. Travis hooked us up with a car, hangared and fueled our plane and we enjoyed a wonderful evening at the Medora musical. They made our trip a success! Thanks!

Tanner was fantastic from touchdown to takeoff. Helped with Jeff (A&P) to fix a small problem on the motor. Was extremely helpful with directions and a great visit. Super accommodating and helpful. One of best FBO experiences ever! Beautiful and restful pilot lounge also. Thank you and can't wait to come back.

For no less than four years I've dealt with Western Edge Aviation and have found them to be at the top of my list of professional, accommodating and friendly FBO's anywhere. They will bend over backwards to make sure you're aircraft servicing is accomplished quickly while offering a nice place to take care of pre-flight tasks. A top-notch aviation organization.

This place is great... These guys are always very friendly and on top of it whenever I need help with anything. Sometimes in the colder days it can be a bit of a pain getting my plane going but Travis is always ready with the heat cart to help get me going.

Earned my PPL with CFI Austin, great instructor always willing to answer questions. Hanger my plane there, Rick, Travis, and Tanner are always helpful; just a phone call and my aircraft is waiting ready to go. Maintenance issues are handled by Jeff, who also answers my questions on aircraft and maintenance issues.

I've been traveling to KDIK Western Edge for work several days per week for the last two years. There is always excellent customer service from Travis, Rick, Tanner, and the whole Western Edge crew. There have been several instances requiring extra service due to weather or maintenance issues. The staff is always prompt and will always gone above and beyond to assist.

Great experience at Western Edge! Stopped to overnight at Dickinson got there after hours, they left me keys to a courtesy car to use to go to a hotel, returned to the airport the next morning and left my cell phone on the counter, The guy's at Western Edge took my phone to the UPS store and overnighted it to me at home. Unbelievable customer service!! Very grateful for how this was handled. Lots of places could learn lessons from this group, thanks guys!!
