Be aware that the good service is only available until 6:00 pm, and then you are on your own. Unlike other airports, there are no coded locks to gain entrance to the terminal after hours nor any taxi or hotel information. There was a courtesy car but no way to get to the key. There was an "emergency" number listed, but I wasn't sure what I had was an emergency, so I didn't call it. They could do a better job providing for after-hours pilots.Response from John Evans, Airport Manager, Sedalia Regional Airport I would to apologize to Mr. Burnett for his experience. Our hours are posted on every website. The number for emergency calls is the number to call. We do not have enough business to be open at 2300 hours when you arrived. The out call fee is $80.

Great fuel stop along our route, with a good price. The airport operator responded to our inbound Unicom call asking if we needed fuel. Arriving on their ramp, the fuel truck pulled up promptly, and we were enroute again in 30 minutes.

This is a great airport. Friendly and efficient FBO personnel, great fuel prices, and really good runways. I can't say enough about Sedalia. A lot of places could learn a lot here. We will be back, and thank you, Sedalia!

Sedalia consistently offers some of the best fuel prices in Missouri. And, this is at FULL SERVICE. I stop about once every two months and most times they're on the CTAF asking if you need fuel, while you taxi in. GREAT SERVICE!

Stopped on the way from Wisconsin to south Texas and again on the way back. Great stop for gas and other necessities! A special thanks to Herb the mechanic for helping us with a landing gear problem on our 182 RG even though it was a Saturday. Highly Recommend Sedalia Memorial Airport! Thanks again Guys!

Stopped in Sedalia both going to and coming from an annual family gathering in Michigan. Exception helpful FBO loaned a car and pointed us to Holiday Inn Express for RON. Despite the 100 degrees and 100% humidity, will be back next year.

Great people, it was very hot coming from Oshkosh, they had free bottled water, just a nice place to stop, and we will be back.

Arrived on a Sunday night. Luckily, the Hotel Bothwell found someone to come out and pick me up and then drop me off the next day. When I got to the airport Monday morning, everyone was very helpful. The only improvement I would suggest is to have someone after hours to be available to lend the crew car or fuel. Otherwise, worth the stop!

We get to Sedalia a couple times per month and it is always a great experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The fuel prices are great too! You can take the courtesy car the short distance into town. I highly recommend a stop here. You will not be disappointed.

Landed at DMO last week on a trip from Texas to Iowa to pick up fuel and it was the cheapest gas of the trip---by far. The folks were very friendly. When I called in they asked if I wanted fuel, I said yes and they were ready and waiting, cleaned the windshield without asking. A nice place.
