I stopped at the SkyTech counter today and I was trying to get in contact with the Aircraft service shop at KFDK. I explained to Rick at the counter that I had tried for two days to contact them and was leaving messages. Rick responded immediately by calling the proper people at KFDK and even had someone physically walk over to verify the status of the shop [open/closed]. They confirmed that the shop was closed which greatly helped so that I could proceed to await a phone call about a plane in the shop. Appreciate that type of support

Great little airport the facility is very clean, good fuel price, crew car included. We make a quick visit today and the service was A+++. Thanks to the staff, Jen, Terry and Katy were very professionals and willing to help at all moments. Keep it this way!!!! DON'T GO TO BUFFALO WILD WINGS for lunch, go somewhere else.

Mixed bag. They were nice and have a very clean sharp facility, Hanger for a small single IS 85.00 storm or not and you will not go into or help putting your plane into the hangar. Outside parking is a reasonable rate of 10 bucks. Enterprise was not great like most are. Does not appear to be a small airplane facility in my opinion like most GA airports we have experienced.

4/10/11 I asked at the pilot reception counter if the 100LL fuel price was as advertised on AirNav.Com, Guaranteed, $4.88. Answer, NO, it is $5.27. I fueled at the SS pump. Subsequently I brought the fuel price discrepancy between AirNav (Guaranteed) and the pump price to Skytech attention. The discrepancy was resolved with apologies. Excellent Service, as usual.

Stopped in for fuel. The self-serve pump is on the opposite end of the hangars from the FBO but it's easy to spot from the ramp. Gas price was $4.92 on 3/30/2011. Great airport to fill up at, but watch that big hill about 1/4 mile from touchdown on runway 16. There is a large home right in line with the runway - those people must really like airplanes flying low over their home!

Excellent airport and staff. Facilities are in superb condition and the folks there are very courteous and helpful. It is a HIKE to the nearest place to eat, a DQ about 15-20 mins. On foot. Other than that, very good airport! Thanks.

I ferried a Piper Meridian from St. Lake to Skytech for inspection. The service in the office was excellent. The staff arranged for an airline ticket for me to return to home from BWI and then drove me in their courtesy car to the airline terminal. It is a pleasure to do business with such a courteous and responsive staff.

You can expect courteous, efficient, and prompt service when doing business with Skytech at Carroll County. During our stay, Skytech handled our fleet of seven C172's with ease.

I flew in on 12/14/10 after they closed, they not only arranged a rental car but left it on the ramp where we could get to it after hours. When we tried to depart on 17 they helped load the plane and pulled it out of the heated hangar. When we finally decided not to depart because of the weather the line guy came back out and towed us back to the heated hangar in the snowstorm above and beyond all my expectations. The entire staff was amazingly friendly and helpful.

Flew into DMW on Saturday. The staff at Skytech was very friendly and helpful. I wasn't planning on staying overnight originally. But ended up doing so and they took care of me, arranging for my hotel stay and rental car. When I had a rough sounding engine on departure a couple of days later, they quickly called a mechanic to check out my plane. Their customer care is outstanding!

We were flying a 150 from Culpepper back to Blairstown, NJ and stopped at DMW for some fuel. We were amused to find that we were to park next to the Challenger, PC-12, and Piper Matrix on the ramp (our plane seemed tiny!). Linemen were there to greet and chock us and asked us for fuel. We went inside to stretch our legs/get out of the heat. We met Rick inside and he was great, treated us in our 150 no different than the Challenger pilots lounging and waiting for their clients. Facilities were top notch with a nice WX briefing area, free coffee, and a crew room and clean bathrooms. On our departure Rick wished us a happy flight over Unicom. Only small criticism is that it wasn't clear where the self-serve, cheaper fuel was. But as the heat was stifling and we chose the full service route. Great experience would fly there again!

I fly into Carroll County frequently. The Skytech FBO is very pleasant, clean, modern and friendly. The desk is always manned, a linesman always meets your plane and the coffee is always fresh and hot. Had my COM/GPS repaired and was very happy with the service. The fuel prices are very competitive for this area as well. There is a breakfast-lunch place, Tina's, just a short walk down the street.

Flew in Sept 20th and stayed for a week. Rental car was waiting for me - line crew was Johnny on the spot - helpful, friendly, clean - nice facilities and overall great FBO. Waived 1st night of tie down with fill up otherwise $10 a day. Good airport to go to if you have business in the Baltimore area. I will go there again.

On a long cross-country coast-to-coast trip, we arrived at DMW on 8/2/09. As usual, excellent service, second to none, was provided. The facilities are excellent and the SS fuel system, with reasonable fuel price, worked flawlessly. A very good experience. Thanks.

I have been flying corporate for many years out of KDMW. Not only has Skytech gone above and beyond at KDMW, many other FBO's could learn a lesson or two on how to run an airport. Skytech caters to corporate operations as well as the little guy. Please stop by and say hello to a staff that will give you %110. Thanks Tan, Tony, Jen, Liz, Jackie, Dave, Jeff and Anthony for great service. Keep up the good work!

Flying many different aircraft as a corporate pilot going into many different fields, Skytech at DMW is by far the best FBO providing the best service one could ever need. A knowledgeable, helpful, outgoing, friendly staff has set the new standards and an example of how a FBO should be run and it's done so enthusiastically and with a smile. And yes, I know I can't spell.

This is an absolutely great operation! I arrived 0n 6/9/09 about sixty seconds ahead of a line of level five and six thunderstorms. As I taxied in Jen, the CSR at the desk, radioed to ask if I'd want a hangar for the night. Considering the weather I jumped at the offer. Line got the hangar door opened and, with buckets of rain blowing in every direction, had me taxi straight into the hangar. Anthony, Tony and Jeff helped me unload; one of them went to the office to get my rental car and drove that into the hangar. We then drove to the hangar attached to the office to sign in. With Mother Nature doing her worst, we never got a drop of rain on us. Aircraft was ready and fueled in the morning. The smiles and positive attitude were a real "upper". An eleven on a scale of one to ten. Full serve fuel at DMW - $4.55 First class hangar - $85.00... That level of service - PRICELESS!

I arrived Apr 27, 09 from FL for a week stay. I am pleased to report that the experience this time was great! Everyone provided excellent service. The terminal office/pilot service areas were beautifully renovated. Computers and phones are available. The SS fuel system is operational and the price is competitive. I've been flying into DMW since 1960, (a 2200 ft grass strip). It has been interesting to see the changes over the years. THANKS A MILLION!!

This is one "top drawer act!" Called them AM of arrival date and asked them to arrange a car and two rooms for the night. Car was taken to planeside and price was excellent. Best Western Hotel was fine and rate lower than the lowest I could find on the Internet. Wireless Internet and all the hoped for facilities for WX etc. Here, comfortable to use and smiling faces. Plane rather large to maneuver at Self Fuel pump, they said, so their tug came to reposition for taxi outwards. Self-fueling was almost all done by line crew of two...But I had to use my credit card! (Oh well) This is corporate aircraft support at its best and helps make business aviation the tool that it is. No parking charge or ramp fee.
