Arrived for a couple nights stay on 7/31/17. Tried to use the SS fuel facility, three times. There was no indication of why the system would not work. A person came by during the third try and informed me the fuel level in the big tank was too low for the system to pump fuel and said they would provide fuel from the FS truck at SS prices. When I checked out, I informed the gal the fuel purchased was to be charged at the SS price. But when I later checked my receipt, I noted the FS price was charged. A phone call to Skytec was needed to resolve the issue. It has been interesting to observe the changes at this airport over the years since 1960, when I flew in from Maine in a 1946 Piper Super Cruiser and landed on a 2200 ft grass strip.

Needed fuel after Skytech's normal business hours. The self-service 100LL was inop and NOTAM'd as such. Jeff from Skytech graciously topped off our tanks from the truck even though they were closed. Thanks Jeff. Awesome service.
