My brother and I met at DNN for dinner. He came down from M54 and I came up from LZU. The staff could not have been more helpful & friendly. Despite the fact that we arrived just before they closed they fueled my plane and cheerfully gave us the crew car. Great place and good fuel prices. We'll be back!

On Friday, May 8th 2009 I flew with instructor Mark Hudson. It was an awesome experience. The airport is nice. Taylor and his staff at Crystal Air are awesome and I would suggest anyone wanting to fly use these folks.

We stopped at Dalton on April 17, 2009 on our way from Michigan to Florida. It was the first time we had used Dalton for a fuel stop and were very pleased. The people were very friendly and the courtesy car was much more than what you typically see for a courtesy car and the fuel price was reasonable. We will be sure to stop there again.

I had to divert to Dalton due to bad weather and very low fuel on my C-172. It was pretty late when I got there. The FBO was closed on that Saturday night. There is a phone available but the after work hour’s assistance numbers do not work! I really needed fuel and there was this gentleman who came in around 2200hrs and helped us with everything. I am glad he was working that night and was so very helpful with everything. Great service! I'd recommend it.

Response from Taylor Newman, Director of Operations, Crystal Air
Mr. Saxena I am glad that one of our staff members was there late that evening and we appreciate your business. We will make sure the correct numbers are posted at the phone and the after hours callout numbers should be Taylor Newman @ (423) 421-3001 or Mark Hudson at (423) 605-2304. Thanks and fly safe.

My wife and I arrived on a Sunday afternoon a little later than we wanted with a couple who were up in a GA aircraft for the first time. We came up from Atlanta and wanted to make it special by taking them to a local restaurant for dinner. Despite the late hour and the fact that the crew car was in the garage being fixed, Taylor Newman (Director of Operations) gave us his personal vehicle. Once we returned he waited until we were turning before he left after what I am sure was a long day. You can find cheaper gas elsewhere but you will never get better service. Thanks Taylor! We will be back.

I stopped in Dalton twice in the past month and was allowed to overnight my C-150 under a shade hangar for no additional charge. New, friendly folks are now running the FBO. Thanks, guys!

Stopped at Dalton a month ago. Had great service and got Enterprise to bring a car to the airport. They had my plane fueled up and ready to go when I came back to the airport.

At Dalton there is a new FBO operator but most of the crew are still the same top quality guys. Great airport!!
