Terribly disappointed that the 100LL is the highest in the area. Fly West and save $1.35 a gallon! For an airport FBO that is struggling to survive, they should try to attract transients, not turn them away!

Flew into Dalton this afternoon. The weather was cold and windy. Zac from Crystal Air came out and tied us down. I asked if we could borrow the courtesy car and he ran outside cranked it up, turned the heater on and left it out front for us to go get a bite to eat. He recommended the Dalton Depot. What a great place to eat. Thanks Zac for a wonderful time.

We had a great checkout with instructor Mark Hudson, after this we requested for a C-172 to rent. On the rental day the aircraft was on the ramp with the exact amount of fuel we needed and the extra headsets for the passengers we requested. Since this will be probably the only time to rent an aircraft with Crystal Air the service was excellent! Regards the Flying Dutchman’s.

Flew into Dalton on Friday morning only to find out they were out of 100LL. To the best of my knowledge, this was not NOTAM'd at the time. Luckily, I still had 15 gallons onboard and was later able to fly to JZP to refuel. Other than that, the FBO is first rate and the staff certainly aims to please Response from Taylor Newman, Director of Operations, Crystal Air Mr. Smith I am deeply apologetic that we in the first place ran out of 100 LL prior to your visit and equally embarrassed that we did not have the NOTAM issued in a timely manner. Sorry for the inconvenience and we look forward to seeing you again at Dalton.

We had a great visit to Crystal Air. Even when we couldn't get a rental car the FBO staff gave us a ride into town. Nice FBO and good people. This is why we love smaller airports and FBO's!

I fly into Dalton every few months and stay for a few days. The Crystal Air staff always goes out of their way to take care of my airplane and have it ready to go when I'm ready to leave. It's just good solid customer service. Highly recommended - pleasure to do business with.

My brother and I met at DNN for dinner. He came down from M54 and I came up from LZU. The staff could not have been more helpful & friendly. Despite the fact that we arrived just before they closed they fueled my plane and cheerfully gave us the crew car. Great place and good fuel prices. We'll be back!

On Friday, May 8th 2009 I flew with instructor Mark Hudson. It was an awesome experience. The airport is nice. Taylor and his staff at Crystal Air are awesome and I would suggest anyone wanting to fly use these folks.

We stopped at Dalton on April 17, 2009 on our way from Michigan to Florida. It was the first time we had used Dalton for a fuel stop and were very pleased. The people were very friendly and the courtesy car was much more than what you typically see for a courtesy car and the fuel price was reasonable. We will be sure to stop there again.

I had to divert to Dalton due to bad weather and very low fuel on my C-172. It was pretty late when I got there. The FBO was closed on that Saturday night. There is a phone available but the after work hour’s assistance numbers do not work! I really needed fuel and there was this gentleman who came in around 2200hrs and helped us with everything. I am glad he was working that night and was so very helpful with everything. Great service! I'd recommend it.
