Cannot say enough good things about this place. The counter ladies handled rental, spectacular hotel (Herrington) at a fantastic discounted price, all I had to do was fly in and enjoy. Fuel for a big city with amenities was most reasonable. Highly recommend

First Class! Bob on the line went out of his way to drive me to my appointment just off the field and picked me up as well. Can't say thanks enough. Great people.

I was headed to the Chicago area on July 23rd in a Cherokee Archer. I checked out several airports in SE side of the city. Now a single rental company had a car available. I called budget located at DPA and they said they didn't have any available either. I called DPA directly to ask about their courtesy car and explained my situation. The woman on the phone took my information and said she would get ahold of Budget. She called me back 5 minutes later and had a car for me. The minute I parked there was a linemen waiting to chalk the gear and see if I needed anything. I got there after Budget's business hours and the car was waiting. They even pulled it to the front door. Very friendly, fast excellent service, and everyone had a smile on their face. Not to mention during all of this they had a show going on. I will definitely be back!!

I flew a Comanche to DuPage on September 1, 2010. The folks at Flight Center went out of their way to welcome us, even though the entire flight department of one of the Baby Bells had arrived en masse (Five Falcons!) a short time earlier. My passenger and I had lunch at the Kitty Hawk Cafe (very good, I might add). We left Flight Center to taxi over to a business on the northeast corner of the field, after telling the Flight Center desk where we were headed. They took the initiative to call that business, then one of the crew ran out to us as we were walking to the plane to let us know that no one answered the phone over there. We returned to Flight Center to wait; after a short while they made another call and then let us know that the business was open and would be expecting us. I appreciate this kind of people-to-people approach and would happily return to DuPage and Flight Center. (For those who are curious about such things, we had purchased 16 gallons of fuel at Flight Center.)

Good service and decent fuel prices. Will pick you up and drop off from nearby hotels. If you're really strapped, the Super 8 motel nearby was clean and comfortable and about as good as a budget hotel gets.

3rd time using this facility. Love coming here. Treat our little Cirrus with the same dignity as a large jet. Mark, the lineman when we landed, piled the luggage and us into the van and drove us to our hotel. Flew in and out numerous times over weekend and always got a shuttle ride to hotel from airport. Favorite spot in Chicago.

The distance from tie down to the building and then to your car is long and time consuming, especially when it is raining or worse. However, the DuPage airport is very convenient to Chicago and Oak Brook when compared to Aurora.

In last nite for quick turn. Really good Jet A special price. Best of everything for us. Thanks folks. Well done.

One of the nicer FBOs in the Chicago area. Facilities are new and spacious and staff is helpful and friendly. Small pistons are given just as much attention as biz jets..., which is rare for an FBO of this size. Will definitely be back in the future.

Had a great experience a few weeks ago. Great line service and nice place.

In here this afternoon with our Turbo Commander N900NE for Customs and fuel stop. Best Ever experience. Great job folks.

Both the tower and DuPage Flight Center are 24-hour operations, which helped me a lot when I made a late arrival last weekend. A lineman parked me right in front of the doors, and had me refueled and on my way within 10 minutes. Tower and approach were both easy to work with too, although be sure to have a taxi diagram ready.

Great stop... Very professional crew... Best price on fuel during our trip to and from Oshkosh! KDPA is definitely a mixed bag... I was based there from 1977 to 2000. When I originally based at KDPA there were over 700 airplanes on the field, no hangars available and a waiting list for tie downs. Times have changed! Possibly 300 or less airplanes based there and basically very few tiedows. I'm not going to guess what the problem is, but I still think it is a good in and out airport with great approaches and runways. Pricey fuel, but if you need maintenance Mukenschnabl (north ramp), is the best...

From Cindy Sandner on 25-May-2009

This was our first and last trip to KDPA. We had to fly in to pick our son up, the Controller was rude, and no one met us to tell us where to park. We ended up walking all over the airport trying to find someone to help us. Once we found the office the attendant and line guy were sitting around and not very friendly, it was more as if we were an inconvenience to them by showing up. We picked up our son, paid for our fuel but next time we are in the Chicago area someone else will get our money.

Take a few minutes and view the DuPage Flight Center web site. Their site says it better than I can. Although, I can't say enough great things about the friendly, professional and courteous staff that compliments everything a flight crew expects from a first class FBO.

Flew into KDPA for a school break vacation. Went to DuPage Flight and was treated with exceptional service. Our heavy twin got same attention that any jet would have and was greatly appreciated. Line crew greeted us; staff was friendly and wonderful restaurant in great facility. A **** (four star) recommend!
