This was our first and last trip to KDPA. We had to fly in to pick our son up, the Controller was rude, and no one met us to tell us where to park. We ended up walking all over the airport trying to find someone to help us. Once we found the office the attendant and line guy were sitting around and not very friendly, it was more as if we were an inconvenience to them by showing up. We picked up our son, paid for our fuel but next time we are in the Chicago area someone else will get our money.

Take a few minutes and view the DuPage Flight Center web site. Their site says it better than I can. Although, I can't say enough great things about the friendly, professional and courteous staff that compliments everything a flight crew expects from a first class FBO.

Flew into KDPA for a school break vacation. Went to DuPage Flight and was treated with exceptional service. Our heavy twin got same attention that any jet would have and was greatly appreciated. Line crew greeted us; staff was friendly and wonderful restaurant in great facility. A **** (four star) recommend!

Have been to the Flight Center a few times always in a helicopter, this is the only large FBO I have been to that doesn't send line personnel out to show you where to park. Some FBO's segregate helicopters, at DuPage you get to park where you want, which is fine, but I have actually felt ignored on arrival, having to walk inside and wait in line at the desk to ask to get topped off, reading the other comments it must just be a helicopter thing.

Flew into DPA to spend the weekend in Chicago in a rag and tube tailwheel Piper. Got treated like the big boys. Shuttled to the motel and back and they tied the plane down and untied it when I was ready to leave. Cost me $7.00 a nite to tie down. No handling fee, no landing fee. The service was well worth the money.

Flew in on Saturday for a concert. Wonderful facility, and a beautiful building. Friendly staff/linemen. I'll land here every time I visit Chicago. Thanks!

Great FBO, I flew in with a 172 and they met me at the tie downs, requested a heated hangar ($40.00) and they had a rental for me as well. Nice facilities.

Flew in from Texas right after the first cold wave in early December and these folks were great. Sheltered my Bonanza overnight and were very friendly and helpful. Thanks for the great service.

Flew into Chicago with a student who wanted to see family. The facilities are mind blowing. The pilot’s lounge was amazing as was the restaurant. If it hadn’t been for unexpected icing, the trip would have been perfect. A+ to the Flight Center.

Flew into DPA for weekend meetings ending on Monday. Came back to the airport on Monday evening and proceeded to be grounded by 60+ knot winds and horizontal rain. During the 4 hours that I was at the airport I discovered how nice both the staff and facilities were. Very nice pilot lounge with Satellite TV, theater lounge chairs and foot massager. They also have a separate snooze room. This is a very nice facility for professional and private pilots. Main pilot lounge has computer, printer and Internet. Also a separate WSI weather computer and printer. Ramp fee waived with fuel purchase and $7 parking for P-210. Fuel was $4.08 for full service. Would highly recommend this facility for anyone coming to Chicago or surrounding area.

Good professional service. Line crew was very helpful and attentive. Hanger $48 a night, tie down was $24 a night for a Baron. Everyone was prompt, friendly and helpful. I will use them again it was a good experience.
