We didn't need any services since it was such a short flight for us. The staff was accommodating and friendly. My problem is the $200.00 landing fee and $300.00 facility fee for a G280. Does someone think that Lake Amistad makes Del Rio a destination? The facility is small and old. The Internet was slower then dial-up, when it worked. Most of the time it timed out before the website populated. This is exactly why the AOPA is working with Congress in an attempt to stop this gouging. It's places like this that jeopardize GA.

Stopped in for food and fuel. The self-serve pump worked fine. The crew at Pico was great. The city is now charging a ramp fee for jets more then 12, 500.

We landed at KDRT after dark and pushing weather. The line guys were waiting to flag us in and were extremely helpful throughout our stay. We were provided a great courtesy car, a cheap hangar, cheap fuel, and always smiles. We were stuck most of the next morning and they were happy to let us hang out on their comfy couches with our 2 dogs and watch football while we waited on the fog. The manager was very knowledgeable about local airspace and procedures and saved us some headaches. I love that there are still small time FBO's that give you that GA feel that is rapidly disappearing across the country. A+++

Excellent service. We flew in around 5pm and expected everyone to be shutting down for the night. Not the case. They helped with fueling and tie down. And made sure we had ground transportation. A++++

Excellent FBO service. From quick turn to customer service for passengers these people do an awesome job, and everyone was very kind and accommodating- even cleaned our windshield as soon as we spooled the jet engines down. Thanks to all.

Stopped in for fuel. Line service was very friendly but they need a new Pico manager badly. Mr. Davis was very rude and ordered us around like we worked for him. We will avoid this Pico at all costs in the future.

Stopped at Del Rio for customs and a RON and the folks at Pico were great, provided a crew car for our overnight stay and provided some suggestions on local shortcuts for getting out IFR through the mass of military airspace.

I cleared customs in my Bonanza a few days ago, excellent and very fast service. Fuel prices are very reasonable. I like non-chain FBOs like Pico, they try to do a good job. This is also a good airport to clear Customs. The process was quick and professional. No negatives, I will use Del Rio again.

I am no longer a freight dog, so I came here with a bunch of passengers. They were quick to get coffee and ice, and they were very quick on the fuel. Great customer service.

Was surprised to read the negatives, I've been flying into DRT on an almost weekly commute for over 5 years now, and never smelled even the faintest hint of trouble. Line guys are helpful, even jumping my airport truck before I learned to put a solar panel on it. There has been a new manager for a few months now, good guy, pilot, and he has done great things with fuel price, right now (12-7-14) is $3.91 when everybody else that's cheap is in the low to mid $4.00 range. Really good Mexican food down the street called Don Marcellinos, (too far to walk, get the car) with a fast to go menu. Carne Guisada, bean and cheese tacos are huge and are very good.
