This was a very good experience. Lineman and FBO manager met us as we pulled in. They couldn't do enough for us. First class facility with loaded with history and nostalgia. I like this place.

Flew in and stayed overnight for a meeting. I called earlier in the day and let them know I was going to land and park on their ramp after they closed. They close at 7 PM. The assured me there would be no problem. When I arrived, no chocks or tie down ropes were anywhere to be found. I parked on a marked parking spot in a row with 2 other aircraft. As a last resort, I set the brakes. The next afternoon when I arrived to depart, my plane had been towed, with the brakes on. The lineman assured me he knew the brakes were on so he "went slow". I see many other good things so maybe I caught them on a bad day.

I flew in for the airshow at the local air base on 4/22/12. Met on the ramp by very friendly staff. Had my stuff out of the plane and in the rental car within 20 minutes. Great price on fuel and the rental car. Great atmosphere inside. They only have Mac's for flight planning/ surfing the Internet but they work very well. Not a whole lot of traffic through the FBO but plenty at the airport while I was there. I will definitely stop here again!!

Nice facility but must have caught them on a bad day on our way through from Texas to Florida. We arrived at 1:05 pm. Bought fuel. Restaurant closes at 1:00 pm! The one courtesy car was already taken so the girl offered to call a cab. 30 mins later I asked her to check on the cab & the cab company said "We're working in it.” We bought a couple of Snickers bars from the vending machine and went on. Would have been great if the restaurant had stayed open till at least 2:00 pm. P.S. Gotta enter a code to enter the restroom! All in all, a very strange & surreal experience!

Easy in and out. Nice communication from Mr. Conkel the Mgr. however, had issues with the rental car setup, and they did not fuel my airplane as I had requested. To their credit, I did not fill out the fuel card but the lineman told me he would take care of it. I ended up fueling the airplane myself at the self serve pumps. Would I use them again, yes.

The line personnel are great. The customer service personnel do a good job when not required to greet airplanes on the ramp. It would be nice to be able to contact them on their radio, which they don't monitor per their manager. I fly into DTN a lot and can never get the FBO on their radio and have to relay my servicing requirements through the tower. They need a dedicated radio to communicate with pilots prior to landing. This has been an on going problem since they have opened. Hopefully the management will fixed this and become as outstanding as the people that work for them.

First time to Millen Air. Awesome experience. Anna at the desk was great and even offered to help way above and beyond the call of duty to run an errand for me. KDTN make you feel like it's the 1960's and the hey-day of GA. Restaurant down the hall... Active ramp... Friendly folks... Beautiful yet understated FBO. 10+

Nice FBO. Service was good, and SS fuel was priced well for the area. We took the courtesy car and ate at the Blind Tiger in downtown. Restaurant was ok but not great.

Great amenities and comfortable lounge. Some of the staff seemed slightly disinterested in breaking away from their cell phones and text messages to help us. But given the location and amenities, I would give it another try!

Great Experience at this FBO!!! We look forward to coming back. Excellent service, smiles, friendly, professional, cheerful and very helpful. The ladies called the Horseshoe to pick us up but they did not show up so the gentleman there gave us a ride in his truck. Over and beyond customer service.

Great experience at Millen Air. Very fair fuel prices and Alicia at the front desk was very nice. Well, actually she is a 10 dressed to the nines. Hotel (downtown Hilton) said shuttle would be 30-45 minutes. Ronnie was standing there and said there was no reason to wait that long and he drove us in his personal car to the hotel. Ronnie runs a limo service. Give him a call if you need a limo 318.603.9100

Flew in 2/11 and left on 2/13. Guided right in front of building unloaded and met my ride. The place is brand new and very nice. Did not take fuel but they were still very nice and towed plane to tie down. Free parking is a plus too. Will be back when not in such a hurry to explore more and have lunch. Thanks

We flew in for the weekend brunch at the El Dorado casino. FBO can arrange to have the casino shuttles pick you up. FBO also has 2 courtesy crew cars. We were given a crew car. If they have a crew car available, it is free for 2 hours. Staff was very helpful. If you come in after-hours, you can exit via the pedestrian gate for your shuttle/cab ride. This FBO is a perfect stop for visiting the casinos (only 2 miles away).

Look out TAC Air and SHV! This all new FBO gives new meaning to the word service and style. Almost gave up going into DTN due to past issues but now it's a new day. Thanks for the free beer too!

We arrived late in the evening in the owners King Air B200 with the boss and his friends on board for a night at the Casino. We were meet by friendly and attentive line staff that saw to the needs of the passengers. After getting the passengers in the limo and on their way, I was disappointed to find that the facility closed at 7pm. Expressing my disappointment, the offer was made to meet us at the FBO for our late night departure. The facility is new and modern and very nicely appointed. Highly recommended but beware of the hours. Tower closes at 2200 also.

The remodeled FBO is beautiful. The amenities are on par with what you would find at the big city FBOs.

Awesome FBO! A buddy and I stopped in for the day and had a wonderful time. There fuel price was very competitive and the facility was great. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. The staff was very nice and pleasant to work with. We will defiantly be back.

Great new FBO. When the other FBO would not answer my repeated calls to get us a taxi, we were told the new FBO would get us one. It was there waiting when we landed. Brand new FBO with all the great perks. $1 voucher for breakfast, fast fuel service, brand new workout gym, movie room etc. I'll use them again next time!
