This is more a reflection on the terminal facilities, but also how the FBO could make up for the shortcoming. I really do like this airport, a convenient location and useful facility having a crosswind runway, full-service facilities for aircraft, just the right amount of traffic and FS and SS options. However, for passengers and crew the terminal is void of a simple basic like a vending machine for snacks. Plus, with the diner closed on weekends-which is one of those situations of you won't get weekend traffic, foot, fly, or otherwise, if you aren't open-there is another dead end for sustenance. I suggest the FBO fill in the void and offer snacks for sale. The cookies they offer are delicious.

Flew in on 5/31 in my 182; first visit. Staff and line crew were excellent. I was able to use the crew car to conduct some personal business nearby while they fueled the plane. I especially appreciated the useful information they provided about departing VFR eastbound over Barksdale AFB. I look forward to stopping again!
