Great people at the FBO! No ramp fees or overnight fee. Bought self serve fuel and was very reasonable. Airport traffic is extremely busy with training. Will likely not go to DTO again until the get more help in the Tower and/or Radar. Controllers are very competent, just too much traffic. Took me 30 min to get clearence off the ground on a MVFR day due to the work load.

Landed for gas on 23 Oct 09. Gas pump is at taxiway F, on the north end of the field. Follow B taxiway and you will see it. FBO is at base of tower. Fuel pump acted like it was out of fuel. Had to wait about a minute before fuel would start pumping. Then as I started to fill the other tank, had to wait all over again. Call if you want to get the correct price of the fuel that day. Price at pump was marked as $3.55gal. Not what was listed by FBO on AirNav.

AirNav pricing was listed at $3.45 on 8/7 and 8/8. Taxied to self serve pumps on 8/7 and they were marked $3.62! I was not pleased since I could have tugged my plane via lawn tractor to other pumps on the field at $3.53. And yes, I needed over 100 gallons.

Always a pleasure doing business with this FBO and its crew. They'll go out of the way to make sure you have all you need, right up to the owners. Fuel is priced right too!

Stopped in at Business Air Center April 23rd and all the personnel I dealt with were courteous and very helpful. They provided me with a crew car to run a quick errand and had us refueled and on our way in no time.

My company is based on the field so I've dealt with Business Air quite a bit. Every time we need to quick turn through DTO the fuel truck is on our ramp waiting for us. It's nice to be able to rely on good service like that.

Thanks for being competitive at the self serve 100LL. FYI, the ground clamp and wire are broken and the fuel hose electric wind up is inop.

This FBO treats everyone great. We pulled up in a single engine airplane and were treated like we landed in a G5. This is the place to stop if you plan to make a trip to DFW. Fuel prices are among the best in the Metroplex.

These folks are great. We flew our Merlin III in and they took care of our entire rental car and hotel needs without fuss and were happy to have us sitting in the lobby all day while we were waiting for our passengers. Unfortunately our passengers didn't arrive until after 8pm, but the lineman was more than happy to stay there and keep the place open. Thanks guys we'll see you on the next go around.

Very accommodating, fair and professional service. This was my second trip there from Alabama. Very convenient to the Dallas and North Texas area with easy in and out. Fair prices on fuel too.

From Phil Curry on 15-Nov-2007
Extremely friendly group. Outstanding service. We are regular race attendees. They have provided us with some of the best service we receive across the country. Great meals for the crew during the races. Overall first class operation. Great FBO for the Dallas races!

From Kevin Murray on 23-Sep-2007
Nice facility and friendly folks. I needed oil - but no gas, and they were still very helpful. They're building a new terminal for commercial traffic. I hope that doesn't take away from the casual friendly atmosphere on the ramp. I'll be stopping here again.

Good facility; easy rental car transaction; staff is very helpful, no fuss; fuel price not bad for Dallas. Thanks guys
