On arrival line crew late to direct aircraft to parking; re-fuel process normal/ok; on duty manager was borderline hostile, refusing to consider honoring my AvFuel card unless I purchased 300 gallons; in general, he gave the impression that he would rather be doing something else; no sense of respect for what Angel Flight represents.

The line guys were very helpful. I read the ratings on AirNav and sent both FBOs an email before I flew out - only ASIG responded. When I showed up they let me have a great crew car overnight, helped with directions and got my Bonanza tied down and fueled up. Very good service and nice people

The staff at ASIG made what is a little bit of an "anxious" experience (flying a piston aircraft into a huge "class B" airport) a walk in the park. They had everything ready on time (some FBO's can take 20 minutes to process a fuel payment -- not these guys) and were very helpful. Thanks!

From Sue Wolber on 14-Jul-2009

I was at ASIG with an A36 Bonanza from July 9-12 and was highly impressed. They directed me to a tie-down spot, chocked and tied down my plane. They offered me a crew car for a couple days, which I turned down because my parents were coming to get me. They let my parents go out on the ramp with me to see my new plane. Overall VERY nice, especially compared to Metro Flight Services which I cannot recommend.
