The only reason this is a 2-star and not a 1-star is because the people did actually help when you threw enough money at them. Save yourself a headache and a ton of money and go to one of the other FBOs on the field where fuel is well over $1/gallon less. My ferry pilot tried to have an O2 bottle filled and was quoted $55 PLUS $95/hour while it's being filled! (It's $45 flat rate on the other side of the field.) Then, when the plane wouldn't start the morning they wanted to leave and they were told that the FBO would not jumpstart the plane AND wouldn't allow anyone else to come do it as they "owned the ramp" (*remember, this is a public airport so they cannot restrict access to the ramp*) - also the shop could charge a fee to remove and charge the battery. In an age where customer service and fair prices are the key to small business success, it's amazing to me that places like Atlantic Aviation remain in business when the competition continues to bury them.

I marked excellent because infinitely superb was not an option. I've been using this FBO for approximately 15 yrs. It was very good as Westwind and has improved to beyond outstanding. It's my considered opinion that one might find their equal, but certainly not their better. A heartfelt thanks for all of the "extras" that are above and beyond the "norm."

This is one the best FBO's I fly into regularly. The CSR staff is flawless. I have been helped many times with last minute reservations for rental cars and hotel rooms, they are always on top of their game and generous with the crew car. Thank you Liz, Tracy and Jenni. (Okay Leslie, you too...) The maintenance department is excellent as well. Eric, Dan and Joe always do a great job.

Charged $8.50 per qt. of Shell plus 100 = $250 for oil change with 10 qts. In my 210. This oil change the cap was replaced at least. Otherwise they are friendly and convenient when I stop at DVT to visit friends.

Allow me to heap the accolades on Matthew Wright and his staff--from landing to launch four days later, I received the usual treatment. Attitudes, services, and discounts were greatly appreciated--all things were infinitely superb! Thanks again to a top notch FBO and staff.

Called ahead and gave arrival ETA to staff. Met by follow-me and parked in front of the Atlantic hangar. Bottled water for everyone as we deplaned. Plane was tied down and fuel truck in place before we were unloaded. Staff had all details recorded from my call. No sign-in necessary. Fuel price reduced $.40 per gal. From listed price. Tie down fee waived with top off. Tiffany at the desk was the consummate professional. Superb four-day stay with Atlantic in every respect. Give them a try.
