Called Tomball Jet Center about a courtesy car prior to arrival. I explained I was in a Tri Pacer and just needed the car for 2 hours. They were very gracious. We got the red carpet treatment. Car running with a/c on. First class service. I highly recommend this company.

Five of us arrived yesterday in a Cherokee 6X. Service was excellent. The line guys were prompt to meet us, help us deplane, and offer a courtesy car. They also offered to move the plane into the shade of their hangar and cool it down. Nice, clean restrooms and a comfortable waiting area. I usually come down once a month to bring pax to a doctor's appointment. Tomball Jet Center gives them a "red carpet" treatment and it is appreciated.

Excellent service and very friendly folks. I spent two days at Hooks and the line folks were very interested in my Vans RV-7 aircraft. The fuel price was reasonable and they kept the plane in the hangar -- protected from the hot sun and pop-up thunderstorms. I will definitely use Tomball Jet again! Thanks to all!

Great Service! The rental car was pulled out and running with the AC on when we shut down the engine in our Bonanza. When we returned the plan was in the hangar to keep it cool for our return. You could not ask for better service.

Tomball Jet Center is one of my two favorite FBO's anywhere (the other is Colorado Aviation). The folks at TJC are the best-the best and friendliest service in Houston. I get inside parking and personal attention-and I only arrive in a Bonanza!

I flew in just recently to pick-up a 421. I found that line service was very unreliable and did not have my plane topped off after giving them all night and half of the previous day. I brought this to the front desks attention and they could not understand to top off everything minus the tip tanks. Very bad service. I would not suggest this FBO to anyone.

Pat Grammer who left a not so nice comment was only trying to get a Fuel Discount. The Service was very good. He was not a Tomball Jet Center customer but was having work done at a local shop Texas Turbines. I waived his overnight fees but that was not good enough. I gave him a crew car overnight without charge. His angle was to get as much as he could without paying for it. I personally dealt with him.

I want to commend Nina and her staff for going above and beyond the call of duty in helping us with our stay in Houston. She was very helpful in securing our hotel reservations. The line staff had our client’s car waiting on the ramp on arrival, and when there was no rental car available, they let us use the crew car for 2 days! We will always use this FBO.

Landed at Hooks on Feb 7th. Called them before I took off on my trip to verify that my rental car would be ready when I landed. Gave them the time of my expected landing, and my aircraft tail number. They drove my rental car up to the aircraft as soon as we taxied on the ramp. Brought all paperwork to me at the plane, transferred my luggage etc. It was great!!! Likewise when I departed on the 10th, my plane was fueled and pulled out, and ready for departure. I drove up to the plane, attendants transferred luggage, and took vehicle from me. I didn't have to park it. I highly recommend Tomball Jet Center.

We have used Tomball a number of times over the past several years. They always do a great job on hotel and car reservations. Hangar fee and ramp fees are very reasonable. Facility is only a couple of years old, very nice condition and amenities. They strive to be the best. HIGHLY recommend them.

Landed 12-30-07 in my 172 I was dropping off a part and was on the ground about 30 minutes. They wanted a $15.00 ramp fee if I didn't purchase fuel.

Tomball definitely makes our jobs as pilots much easier. TJC has excellent services with outstanding accommodations for pilots sitting it out for hours at the time. TJC has a comfortable lounge with an updated computer system, recliners, big screen TV and did I mention the free Star Wars Arcade game. Thanks NINA

Service was good. Wi-FI did not work they had a server problem. Pilot room has no land line to call flight service on and the computer in the pilot room does not have adobe on it and had some other issues when it came to printing. I would call the FBO average. It seems they have lost some motivation compared to past posts.

Have stopped in here several times before with great service but my last trip was somewhat disappointing. There seemed to be a great deal of confusion regarding my rental car, both checking out and checking back in. I left fueling instructions upon landing, and when I returned the plane had been fueled, but no one could locate my bill. There were 6-8 people milling around behind the counter but no one seemed all that anxious to help me. Everyone was too preoccupied with the new work schedule that had just been posted; comparing shifts and complaining to one another about the schedule they had been assigned. All in all not up to the standard of professionalism I had come to expect.

Arrived on Oct 26 for one night stay. Rental car was not planeside when we got out as had been stated. In fact, the attendant seemed a little surprised I had reserved a rental car at all. Plane was in the back-40 when I arrived to leave the next day. I had even told them when to expect me. No Thank You card either. Not horrible service, just not as great as everybody has made it out to be.

Fantastic service. First time at Hooks and my wife and I needed a rental car, hotel reservations and general information about the area. All were accommodated with speed, smiles and friendly assistance. The Painter family and staff provided some of the best service I have ever received in an FBO. To conclude a great stay, they had made a professional quality picture of my plane embedded in a personalized thank you note prepared for my departure. When in Houston, I will go to Tomball.

First time in to Hooks, we found Tomball Jet to be a great family-run business emphasizing great service and fuel prices. Amenities included conf-room, crew lounge, onsite deli, competitive fuel and a "can-do" staff. We'll be back.

I called Tomball Jet Center at 9 am before departing TCL Tuscaloosa, AL. I spoke with Sam (Samantha) I told her I would need a rental car and a room. She reported that she could take care of both. Upon our arrival I found that she had not only taken care of it, she had done a great job! We receive 1st class treatment from the line guy who brought our car around, gave us a map to the hotel, and took charge of our airplane. Even though we were in an Archer and were parked next to a Pilatus, there seemed to be no difference in our treatment. We will be back! I recommend this FBO to anyone coming to the Houston area. The hotel was a new La Quinta for 69.00 per night (special airport rate) even was first class. Thanks Sam and staff at Tomball Jet Center! Jim S.

Last weekend, another wonderful visit to TJC. Cookies were baked for us as requested when I called in, and we were invited to use the front-desk computer to do a little flight planning. Very happy with their consistent courtesy and servant attitude. Third visit. I stop in as much as I can!

Got to Tomball Jet Center on 12/20 and departed on 12/25. The weather turned bad one day and the FBO folks pulled the plane into a large hangar without being asked and they did not charge me for it either. This is one of the best FBO's I have ever visited from top to bottom. Great Service, Great Facility and absolutely the Greatest People!

Landed at Tomball Jet Center on 12/8/06 and departed 12/10/06. Overall excellent experience. Nice FBO with deli, friendly, rental car brought out to us on the tarmac. Reasonable avgas prices. You have to ask for parking fee to be waived if you purchase fuel. Nice photos of my P210N just for being there. Close to Woodlands Mall. I would recommend Tomball to others and plan to return there my next visit to Houston.

Excellent all around. The service is amazing. From what I understand, the FBO was just purchased by a family about 18 months ago. The service provided and the professionalism was beyond what I have received and more established FBOs. Catering is provided in-house and is better than some of the other larger catering services around the country. What ever we needed, they gave it to us. I would highly recommend them. Oh, they take pictures of your airplane from different angles and then provide you with a thank you card with your airplane pics. A job well done. Thanks!

I was very impressed with the service. I showed up in the early evening in a somewhat grubby training airplane and still got the red carpet brought out for me. The FBO staff was very friendly and helpful. This is without a doubt the best service I have been given at an FBO.

Arrived at Tomball for a meeting with local business people. Asked if there some place at the FBO to meet briefly and the staff immediately made available a conference room that was being used for another purpose. The people I was meeting with were an hour late due to traffic issues and when they arrived the meeting went very late. The staff repeatedly offered beverages and other treats to make us comfortable. Hospitality could not have been more kind. I strongly recommend this FBO and its staff. They clearly understand service and are looking for any opportunity to optimize your stay.

If you go to Houston and don't stop here, you have made a mistake. First class service, first class facility, friendly and helpful staff and great fuel prices. What more could you want? Tomball provided the most courteous and helpful FBO experience I've ever had. True to their word when I called up the day before I arrive, a red carpet was at my door when I got out of the plane. Ashley was very kind to make sure I would be taken care of while in town, and she helped carry my luggage from the plane. I didn't need fuel, but I bought some anyway just as a thank you for the service that I got by just arriving there. When I was gone in town, they put my airplane in the hangar because it started raining a little. Before I left for the day, they gave me a thank-you card with a picture of my plane on the front of it. They made a really good impression on this pilot, and I hope to see them again.

Chose Tomball for my recent Houston trip - on the ground for a couple of days, then out, and return for a 'quick turn' for the flight back to home base. Service was terrific, and the prices were a lot better than I could have expected at IAH! Really appreciated the great service and the loan of the very nice crew car. They really try hard, and do a great job!

Great service! We flew in, in an Arrow and had a misfire during our approach. They checked things out and fixed a plug for us. Their service is first rate and the friendliest I have experienced. They gave us a lift to Bush Intercontinental for a commercial flight. No doubt, I'll go there next time I'm in Houston!

Tomball Jet Center will be our choice when flying into Houston. Family owned and operated, the staff is very helpful, professional and eager to serve. Hotel reservation and car rental come off without a hitch. I highly recommend them for any operation. The FBO is great, its new, and modern and has a decent pilot lounge with everything you need. It is located by itself on the west side of the field and the hangar is large enough to accommodate a variety of aircraft. The gladly hangared our CJ1 and didn't charge us with a modest fuel purchase. Bravo Zulu Tomball...

Normally I don't have much to say about the various FBO's I fly into. But this one is an exception. These guys are going beyond the pale to provide exceptional service. Came into the ramp after taxing "through the trees" to an enthusiastic ground crew and photographer greeting each arrival and recording the arrival (including our Doberman passenger) for later cards handed back in gratitude for stopping by. Additionally hangared my Duke for the night free of charge because they were expecting thunderstorms through the night (and they were right!) We'll definitely by flying into DWH and Tomball's Jet Center now. Thanks Cheri!

In 39 years of being a general aviation pilot I cannot remember ever having been treated as kindly as I was by Bruce Painter and Ashley when I flew in on April 18. They helped me with transportation to IAH for a commercial flight and hangared the plane while I was gone. Truly a class act that will get my business when I need to go to Houston again.

Truly outstanding service. Went to Houston twice last weekend, they hangared my turbo 210 each night and gave me a courtesy car (new Camry) overnight Saturday for no charge! They even had directions to my meeting and a yahoo map printed for me upon my arrival. Bravo! Fuel prices very reasonable, especially for Houston. Very courteous service. These people must be pilots or have pilots in their family because they really understand OUR needs. It doesnt matter if you pull up in a piston single or a business jet- you will be treated well. This will be my stop from now on in Houston! Thanks....

These folks obviously don't know airplane types. Apparently they thought our 1959 Comanche 250 was a Gulfstream G550. They met us at the airplane, asked if we needed to use a crew automobile and treated us like we were fueling up for a trip to Hong Kong (we took 14 gallons of 100LL). The facilities are A+, the people are A+, the crew cars are A+, the cookies are A+. In fact we have been to FBOs in over 40 states and have never been to one any better than this one. In fact, I think maybe this one is the best I have ever used! Don't miss it.

I was up in Houston today and stopped at Tomball Jet Center and was totally taken back by the friendly staff and great facilities. I was in such a hurry to leave, that I left my suitcase in the trunk of the crew car that Bruce Painter so graciously allowed me to use because another rental car company hadn't brought my car to the field. He shipped my bag back to me by UPS and I couldn't thank him enough for being so helpful. His operation is being run like the FBO's of long ago, personal service and going the extra mile for the customer! Thank you Bruce Painter!!!! This is my permanent stop when I fly to DWH.

After flying my first trip in my brand new plane into DWH I was very lucky to find the Tomball Jet Center. Bruce and his family and Nina took the absolute best possible care of us and the plane. Exceptional service... I got stuck in Houston en route back to St. Louis due to an avionics failure on the night before Christmas Eve after flying friends home. They tried their best to get me spare parts for the next 36 hours, and though I didn't get home for Christmas, I give them the highest marks for trying. My 172 got tucked in next to the biz jets, and the day after Christmas I had a fresh, functional artificial horizon in my panel at a very reasonable price. Excellent facilities and a friendly, competent staff will have me returning again.

Better than EXCELLENT! *Outstanding* Tomball Jet Center has to be one of the top 3 FBO's in the United States. Owner Bruce Painter and his family and staff went to extraordinary lengths to repair my RV-6 and make my visit as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend their first class facilities which are located on the WEST side of the airport.

DWH was my destination on 12/14/05 so I looked up the FBO's to reserve a rental car and based on comments on AirNav made my call to Tomball. Bruce answered the phone and offered his crew car at no charge to me. I told him I would have it most the day but he insisted. When I arrived I was greeted like I was royalty. Nina had the car waiting and I was on my way. I topped off my tanks because of their hospitality and was pleasantly surprised to find the lowest 100LL fuel price in Houston at $3.31/gal. Shortly after I landed a series of thunderstorms made their way through the area. Upon my return to the FBO that afternoon, Bruce hangared my plane before the weather hit (at no charge). Jacob had the plane out front as I was pulling up to leave and as I was walking out the door, Bruce handed me a beautiful picture of my airplane taken by one of their linemen. This goes way beyond any service I've ever received anywhere. You are a true gem and I look forward to my return!

Excellent!!! This is by far the best FBO we have ever visited. Nina set us up with a hotel room and had a courtesy car (rental quality, no junker) pulled up to the plane before shutting down the engines. Never before had we been asked, "Would you mind if we hangar your plane for the night?" The plane was pulled out in front of the FBO when we arrived for take off the next AM and Bruce had us out in a flash. Tomball is certainly worth going out of your way for.

Friendliest FBO I have ever visited. Went the extra yard and took the initiative to put my plane in the hangar overnight because of some high winds without being asked. They take a picture of your plane and have it ready for you when you depart, along with a nice "thank you" note. Owner is on site so customer service is excellent. The really try and care. Internet access for flight planning. Thank you guys very much.

This FBO is great. They had everything waiting and ready for us. When we first arrived they had cars (with the A/C running) and fresh baked cookies waiting. The passengers were very happy. Bruce is super friendly. We plan on returning to Tomball next time.

Great place! Beautiful terminal, great pilot lounge, luxury surroundings, & very friendly people. This is truly the place to go at DWH! DWH is a busy place, but getting in and out of Tomball Jet Center was quick and easy. You also avoid all of the congestion of several flight schools by going to this side of the field.

I had the opportunity to spend the weekend in Conroe and received the absolutely best treatment I have ever received in my five years in General Aviation. My friends and I were treated like royalty by Bruce and Cheri and their new facility is absolutely beautiful. From the moment my 182 was marshalled in by Bruce till we left on Sunday we got the true Texas friendly treatment. I will go out of my way to visit them again when I go to Houston.
