The staff and facility were excellent. They were there to meet the plane and had the rental car waiting. The free ice cream was a big hit. Excellent service.

I had an attitude indicator failure at 3:45 on Wednesday, August 18 when on Reliant's ramp. They IMMEDIATELY sent out a mechanic who identified the proper attitude indicator and they had one Thursday morning! This is GREAT service and it saved me an extra day in Danbury, CT. They also arranged a hotel room and gave me a ride to and from the hotel. I highly recommend the FBO and the shop!

Flew in and out today. Great care and attention from Collin and Chuck. Ready for us when we arrived. Crew car (truck) no charge (for several hours), no fee, with modest fill up in Cardinal. Excellent service. Facilities very clean, spacious, and complete. Treated us like we were one of the family. They even impressed my wife (nearly impossible). We'll be back!

Great FBO. Arranged after-hours car for me and the car rental company messed up and left the keys behind locked doors. Someone from Reliant was there within 5 minutes to let me in for the keys. Very friendly, great service. I'll be back.

Reliant is a terrific FBO. I park my C172 there several times per month to conduct local business. The service is always attentive, friendly and courteous. I recommend them to anyone headed for KDXR. Their facility is clean, beautiful and new. The staff is top notch. One of the best FBO's in the northeast. Thanks for the great service Colin!! I will be back over and over again.

Best FBO by far, extremely positive experience. Went in with my C182, no handling charges, and extremely good service. Received jet red carpet service from the helpful and competent staff. Gave me a ride to my destination in Danbury and picked me up again.

Went in for a quick meeting. They couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. Easy, free parking. Rental car ready to go. Refueled by the time I returned. Payment took less than a minute. Hard to ask for more than that. First timer VFR flyers to DXR, be sure to look at the hills on google maps before you go there, especially if there is a strong crosswind. No problems during the day, but I wouldn't want my first visit to be at night.

Flew a C172 in on an Animal Rescue flight. Airport is between mountain peeks & requires a steep approach (Can be very tricky @ night). Reliant is a great FBO. Best fuel prices on field & AOPA members get .10 discount. Young man behind desk was very friendly & helpful, was treated as if I was in a jet. Quick fuel up & friendly service.

Stopped at Reliant a couple of weeks ago while on a cross-country flight. Discovered I needed an 0-Ring for one of my gas caps. They went out of their way to locate the part number and search their inventory, to no avail. They located one at another FBO on the field and drove over to get it all for a $1.25 part. Great service, good people!
