Flew the Trinidad down from Dallas to visit family. We arrived Friday, November 1 just in time for the Austin Formula 1 race was to begin. Airport was quite busy with a lot of jets coming in for the race. While very busy, tower handled it well. The FBO was full of jets but had enough staff to cover everyone. We were marshaled to parking, golf cart carried us and our baggage and us to the terminal. Car was ready as requested. Cars were not allowed on tie down area as for large amount of aircraft. On Sunday when we left, looked like parking was about 99% full. Good service all around.

Nice shaded canopy for loading and unloading. I bought 30 gallons of fuel and there was no ramp fee or tie down fee. (I hadn't checked on a minimum fuel purchase to waive, if any.) Nice facility and staff

Single engine aircraft welcomed without ramp fee or minimum fuel purchase. A GREAT FBO that supports GA. I'll always give them business when flying for commercial purpose.

$40 ramp fee to drop someone off to pick up an aircraft. Unbelievable.

This place is great. Friendly line. Staff is fantastic. Pilot lounge is the best I've visited.

This was my second time using Henriksen at Austin Executive, and both times I have been very satisfied with their services. The line staff and the CSR's are attentive and efficient. Their pricing is also very good. Highly recommended!

Spent two days visiting in Austin on Nov 2-3. Henriksen treated us like one of the big guys - rent car driven out to our Grumman Tiger, line staff helped load bags and on our way to town in minutes. Same great service on departure. Never been disappointed at Henriksen when in Austin.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They treated us single engine piston folks just like the turbines. As we got out of our plane the rental car was pulling up to us. A line guy even helped fold our planes cover. Jody and the CSR team were very helpful even on big UT football weekend.

Flown in to KEDC 4 or 5 times. Henriksen has always been very accommodating and friendly - even though I am in my Cherokee 180! Yes, their fuel is high, but that is ok since the service and amenities are superb! Keep it up!

Flew in with family in rented Bonanza. We got treated like we pulled up in a Gulfstream! Our rental car was pulled up and had the engine on with A/C cooling. Three linemen helped my family get out and get our bags to the car. Everyone very nice, pleasant and helpful. Thanks!! Great experience for all of us.

What a nice place. First time here. The shade area for aircraft is excellent, makes the heat not seem as bad. Also the crew cars are covered as well. Nice! Very friendly to single engine pistons. I'm sure they are nice to the bigger planes too. Surprised no one has mentioned they got a tower recently, see NOTAMs for info as not yet on the charts. I like the place!

Spent a few days in Austin for a conference. Bad weather at GTU sent me here as an alternate and the experience was top notch. Lyft took about 10 minutes for pickup and it was $30 to the downtown hotels. I highly recommend.

Stopped here on a ferry flight. Beautiful facility, Fuel prices were great and the staff was VERY helpful. Got s ride to and from my hotel and even to grab food. In a jet or a172 you feel like a priority customer!

Flew into KEDC on Feb. 27th and left on March 2nd. When I arrived in the morning I was departing, I discovered that there was a misunderstanding and that the line guy had (without asking) topped off my tanks (I had said that I would give instructions before I left). After politely notifying the FBO of the "problem" they were all too happy to charge me the self-serve price and waive my parking fees. Everyone here on the ground, at the FBO and in the new control tower was all very welcoming and friendly. I great place to land and convenient to Austin and Round Rock.

Was working on an issue with my plane on January 22nd. Appreciated the courteous help of Lineman Carson. Thanks!

Nice facility. Staff less friendly than when they first opened. Very cold day in Texas. Temperature below freezing. Asked the lineman (Jess?) if he would plug my engine heater in when I called. I showed him where the plug was. Called in and talked to the desk person 1.5 hour prior to arrival. Asked that my plane heater be plugged in. Again described where it was (very simple setup). Assured me they would do it. When I arrived my plane was still far from FBO and not plugged in. They were not busy either.
