One of the most beautiful FBO's I've ever seen, a movie theater, Lazy Boys, a kitchen, great price on gas, I wish I could live there. Oh yea, an engine out of the Concord.

Absolutely blown away by the facilities. Everything a pilot could want and more, the overhang parking is nice in inclement weather and easy to get into compared to Bergstrom. A must land.

Great service from the team at Henriksen! Pulled me up under the canopy with our little C182RG, and treated us well. Rental car was pulled right up to the plane and we were on our way within minutes of shutting down. It is a quick and easy drive downtown, so don't let that be the deciding factor on if you stop here or at KAUS. Stop here, it is worth it!

Great faculty & line crew; BUT, I was assured my cherry A36 Bonanza would be hangared 4 separate times (twice over the phone, once via Fax & finally by the line crew, who said my airplane would be put into the hangar immediately) AND MY AIRPLANE SAT ON THE RAMP for 3 nights. It was covered with bird droppings & pollen. Manager was apologetic, but this sort of service is dishonest & unacceptable.

Great service. Was parked by the door on arrival and the rental car brought to the plane. They pulled the plane up to the door prior to departure. It looks like they provide fuel discounts on the weekend. Linemen were very attentive.

Hands down the best FBO I have ever visited. Exceptional service, facilities, and staff. Very hospitable and accommodating. Arrived on short notice to find cars waiting. A few minutes later they had set us up with room reservations. My Austin stop from now on will be KEDC and Henriksen Jet Center, not KAUS.

Flew into EDC last week in my PiperSport/Sport Cruiser for the second time. Both visits were great. All staff was friendly and helpful. Facilities are top notch.

I took a '06 C172S G1000 into here, made the choice rather. Than to mess around in KAUS. The FBO is beautiful, the staff as friendly as they can be. I stayed overnight, no fuel as I came in from KDWH, all I paid was $10 for the overnight fee. Well worth it, I highly recommend anyone going to Austin to use KEDC, the drive to the city is not too far away, maybe 20 mins and I think they have a few courtesy cars on hand. I love the Concord Engine and 1914 Indian Chief there! Have a safe flight my friends!

We have been to this FBO twice recently, once in July 2011 and just returned Nov 16, 2011. Service both times has been excellent. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the covered area in front is really nice. It is our destination when in Austin. They have discounted fuel on the weekends.

Flew in for business mtg in downtown Austin, these folks treated me like royalty despite my relatively diminutive Cherokee 6. Pulled my rental car up to plane, and returned it from ramp for me when ready to leave. All linemen were superbly attentive and friendly (saw me adding oil and brought over paper towels). Fuel was $2/gal cheaper than AUS. The FBO is over-the-top nice. Will definitely return!

One of the best FBOs I have been to in the country. I stopped in for fuel in my Twin Comanche at the end of July. I was parked quickly and without confusion by the friendly line guys. We grabbed a crew car and headed to lunch, when I returned my plane was still in the shade with a portable A/C unit hooked up to it, a really nice touch in the Texas heat. I ended up having a minor engine problem and needed to stay overnight for repairs. They arranged a hotel, gave me a crew car overnight and helped me contact a few local mechanics. Sven came out first thing the next morning and fixed my issue the next morning for an extremely reasonable price. I wish I could remember the name of the guy at the counter, who helped with everything, absolutely exemplary service! I highly recommenced these guys and will be back next time I'm heading through Texas.

Oct. 22-23. This is the place if you are going to Austin. Excellent service, good prices on gas (esp. Compared to Bergstrom), and beautiful new facility. I love the "follow me" cart. Rental car was brought out to plane and we were unloaded and ready to go in 10 minutes. Would definitely use again.

Henriksen Jet Center is the best FBO I've ever visited. Came in my little 150 and was treated like I came in the Citation. Just needed to drop someone off to the UT game and was welcomed to the nicest courtesy car I've ever seen. Will definitely use again and recommend to others. And, very cheap Avgas...Less than advertised!! Thank you!

If any FBO wants to find out what they should be doing, this is the place to go find out. You cannot find a better FBO anywhere in the US. Facilities, service, people are all a first class act. The only negative to my stop is the local Enterprise and that is beyond Henriksen's control. They did everything asked of them and more.

Awesome FBO, I'm glad they are finally open. OUTSTANDING service! CSR, Sarah, booked hotel and car rental for us (great rate at the Omni) and the line guys were extremely helpful. Love their huge overhang, didn't matter either if I was in a Skylane, they literally provided RED CARPET service. I will bring my Jet to this field next time as well.

Been to a TON of airports and FBO's in my life, and this one takes the cake! Forget about the amazing amenity list and overall pilot-friendly environment for just a second and focus on service! This place has the absolute BEST service I have ever seen - from the moment you step off the plane, the line staff is ready to help with anything you need - the front desk personnel are stellar, skilled, and accommodating (Thanks Bradley, Sarah, Ruby, Halley, & Amanda!! - you guys ROCK!!). This FBO has done it right! I recommend EDC & Henriksen Jet Center to anyone that flies ... Whether you're in a 152 or a BBJ ... You'll receive the best service you'll ever experience!! Red carpets for both doors, bags loaded and a "sign and initial here, " and we were gone. When we arrived the next day to leave, my PAX enjoyed the great cookies, drinks, and beautiful items of interest inside the FBO. Meanwhile, I barely touched a bag loading up, had a quart of oil I needed neatly and quickly added, and a different competent, bright young man hovering just in case I needed anything else. More red carpets guided my PAX into the shade-cooled cabin, and we were off. First class. Seriously.... On par with the best in the nation! I copied most of what Robert stated previously as that was the reason I visited this FBO... Really outstanding!!

Without question, the best experience with an FBO ever. I made the last minute decision to fly into EDC rather than Bergstrom for a visit to Austin for the weekend. Never before have I encountered such first class service. Starting with a follow me golf cart, to a service gentlemen who not only retrieved a rental car, completely loaded the car, my 210 was in a hangar within fifteen minutes. Great service from a super nice female behind the counter. And to top it off on Sunday, my 210 was waiting under the shade - as I was preflighting, they put an air conditioning hose through the window to cool it off even further. Truly unbelievable experience. (And the gas was about $3 a gallon cheaper than Bergstrom.)

Red carpet? Really? Stepped out of the Club 172 and there it was. A red carpet. We received the same treatment. Brand new courtesy car and we didn't even buy fuel. FBO is a beautiful facility with all the amenities gratis. Will definitely go back and spend some money.

Best service I've ever encountered! Followed golf cart and taxied under large covered canopy to park in the shade. Fuel truck immediately serviced the airplane. And they put AC cart with hose through open window to cool off the interior of N5537C while I was in getting the royal tour of the new spacious FBO facilities. 4 brand new crew cars available. Easy in- easy out at this uncontrolled field. There is a RCO to contact Austin Departure on the ground, if desired. Nice job, Austin Executive!

Hands down, the best FBO I have EVER been to. Luxury car for a courtesy car, wildly nice pilot area... Great cookies, super nice girl working the front desk... And great fuel prices. It's also not too far from the main part of Austin. I would NEVER fly into Bergstrom, and would ALWAYS fly into here.... WOW!

Just a first class facility. Stopped for the fuel price on the way up from SAT, and 100LL was 20cents cheaper than advertised. New crew car and quick ride to town for food. My choice for anywhere near Austin.

Best FBO I have been to. Being able to disembark, refuel and start up in the shade would be enough but they were the friendliest and most helpful I have found. Arrived early evening and they let me have a crew car till midnight. Was not busy so plane was kept in shade entire time. Fuel was much better price than Bergstrom. This is now my destination when going to Austin.

For all the corporate pilots out there this place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! The "media room" off the pilots lounge has an actual movie theatre! The huge canopy is worth the stop. The fuel prices got me here. The service and the facility will bring me back! So long Bergstrom!

Shaded parking area on the ramp (how thoughtful is that!). I fly to Austin several times a month and this is the only airport that I will be using.

Excellent FBO service, I flew in my own 1967 Cessna 172H from Vera Cruz, Mexico. Received the same treatment than in the Citation XLS where I job. The people there was very friendly and pull the plane to the tie down area, use the FBO chocks and tie down straps. I was there for three days and only pay for the fuel. When I arrived to fly again they put the plane under the Canopy like the Boss Airplane. Congratulation for the Brand New Opening.

Answered the Unicom and provided a detailed weather update, met us with a red carpet and crew car running. Gave us a great deal on fuel for the weekend (4.99 for 100LL). This has got to be one of the nicest FBO's in the country and I've seen a lot of them. It is first rate all the way. Finally there is a reasonable alternative to Bergstrom. The money you save on fuel here will pay for a rental car, lunch and a lot more if you're purchasing any significant amount of fuel. The service was excellent and the facilities have to be seen to believe.

In all my years of flying, this is without a doubt the very best service I have ever received from an FBO. Greeted on the taxiway by a "follow me" cart, parked on the ramp under the huge shade port (nice feature), rental car ready to go. Landed and on my way in minutes. Departure was equally painless, plane in the shade with a ground-cooling cart nozzle in the window (!!!!). Definitely my new Austin "got-to" destination!

This is a great new airport. Friendly service, excellent facilities, a shade port, unusual lobby (Rolls Royce Olympus Concorde engine on display, etc), snacks, etc. My only concern would be for night operations landing southeast (the prevailing runway in Texas) because of tall power lines off the approach end of 16 and a ditch at the departure end of 16. These are not big deals but are a concern for night VFR op's, in my opinion. Thanks Mr. Henriksen, this is a great addition to the Texas General Aviation scene!

Visited briefly for business in Austin area. I can echo the praise others have written; was met by follow-me vehicle and escorted to shut down under huge awning. Rental car was at planeside before we disembarked. We were offered complimentary water, coffee, and soft drinks (and cookies). Prior to departure, they air-conditioned the airplane interior. Everyone we met was exceedingly friendly and helpful, and did everything they could to ensure we were completely satisfied and comfortable. Very clean, spacious, and modern facility. Will definitely be back next time we have business in the Austin area.

This is an amazing facility. Everyone should go see what a brand new airport looks like. The service is great. My Bonanza was parked under the cover and left under the cover for the duration of my afternoon visit. I returned to find it nice and comfortable, thanks to the air cart, despite 105 OAT.

This may be the nicest FBO and airport in Texas; staffed by an excellent crew both in the office and out on the line. Although this airport is well set up for the jet set, I have flown in several times in the Mooney since the airport opened and have been treated like royalty each time. If your timing is good, park under the large sunshade and avoid the heat. Stroll into the brand spanking new huge FBO. Charter crews waiting on clients will love the theater and lounge. Central Texas has needed an airport like this for a long time. Convenient to downtown Austin and nothing but GA friendly. Great fuel prices too. Highly recommend.

I had the opportunity to fly the boss to Austin Executive and I was frankly amazed at the level of service. Bradley was so attentive and professional. I have never received service of this level at any other FBO. He really went above and beyond and even gave me an awesome tour of the facility. I'm thinking media rooms on par with this one should be industry standard!

My new favorite FBO. Everything is brand new and clean. The pilot lounge is VERY cozy and the theater room is a nice addition with reclining leather chairs. Very friendly staff. Received excellent service from Sarah! She is exceptional. Can't wait to go back.

We parked our Cessna 414 under the covered parking area at 3PM with the temperature exceeding 100F. There was still room for another 3 airplanes under the covered area. We were immediately greeted by two extremely friendly line crew who offered an A/C cart to us even though we were only staying 10 minutes. They also gave us a great tour of the facilities. The FBO is immaculate and huge! The pilot lounges (cinema, bedrooms, kitchen, and showers) are amazing. There are also two really neat surprises in the FBO that must be seen. This airport and FBO is the best I have seen in Texas!

Great new FBO with a cool surprise in the lobby. Plush digs from the pilot’s lounge and sleeping area to the home theatre with plush seats. It's going to be a hit with the QS tail numbers!
