Flew in with family in rented Bonanza. We got treated like we pulled up in a Gulfstream! Our rental car was pulled up and had the engine on with A/C cooling. Three linemen helped my family get out and get our bags to the car. Everyone very nice, pleasant and helpful. Thanks!! Great experience for all of us.

What a nice place. First time here. The shade area for aircraft is excellent, makes the heat not seem as bad. Also the crew cars are covered as well. Nice! Very friendly to single engine pistons. I'm sure they are nice to the bigger planes too. Surprised no one has mentioned they got a tower recently, see NOTAMs for info as not yet on the charts. I like the place!

Spent a few days in Austin for a conference. Bad weather at GTU sent me here as an alternate and the experience was top notch. Lyft took about 10 minutes for pickup and it was $30 to the downtown hotels. I highly recommend.

Stopped here on a ferry flight. Beautiful facility, Fuel prices were great and the staff was VERY helpful. Got s ride to and from my hotel and even to grab food. In a jet or a172 you feel like a priority customer!

Flew into KEDC on Feb. 27th and left on March 2nd. When I arrived in the morning I was departing, I discovered that there was a misunderstanding and that the line guy had (without asking) topped off my tanks (I had said that I would give instructions before I left). After politely notifying the FBO of the "problem" they were all too happy to charge me the self-serve price and waive my parking fees. Everyone here on the ground, at the FBO and in the new control tower was all very welcoming and friendly. I great place to land and convenient to Austin and Round Rock.

Was working on an issue with my plane on January 22nd. Appreciated the courteous help of Lineman Carson. Thanks!
From Tim Welter on 18-Jan-2018

Nice facility. Staff less friendly than when they first opened. Very cold day in Texas. Temperature below freezing. Asked the lineman (Jess?) if he would plug my engine heater in when I called. I showed him where the plug was. Called in and talked to the desk person 1.5 hour prior to arrival. Asked that my plane heater be plugged in. Again described where it was (very simple setup). Assured me they would do it. When I arrived my plane was still far from FBO and not plugged in. They were not busy either.

This FBO is first class! The entire staff provides excellent service. I highly recommend this FBO.
From Kyle Van Kooten on 31-Oct-2017

Parked overnight in a 182. Lineman met me upon arrival and asked if I needed anything. I asked to be topped off and towed on line by 7:30 the next morning. When I arrived around 7:45, the airplane was still on the far corner of the ramp and had not been fueled. After asking that it be fueled, the CSR told me that the ramp fee would not be waived regardless of the fuel purchase as my airplane was too small... First I have ever been told that.
From Dee Conger on 18-Oct-2017

Overall, a beautiful FBO. However, service has room for improvement. We flew in on a Monday in our Lear 31A - they parked us under their covered ramp, which is very nice. However, they parked us directly behind a King Air that proceeded to start up, and blew our luggage all over the ramp. On departure, we called 30 minutes in advance to make sure we were fueled, but on arrival, aircraft no where to be found and not fueled. They were not busy - 4 line guys sitting inside hangar . . .
From Deepak Sircar on 10-May-2017

Flew in on Monday (5/8)with our international friends to have lunch with our Longhorn daughter. Service as usual was outstanding. Rental car waiting at the ramp and a/c refueled even before we could pull away. Facilities are excellent. Jodie and her team do a great job. Best option for Longhorns visiting the homeland!
From Steve Urban on 02-May-2017

Great facility and nice staff. We fly a Saratoga and were treated just like the jet guys. Parked under the canopy, they parked the plane and tied it down and all for a $10 overnight fee. What a great deal.
From John Myers on 20-Mar-2017

Nice facilities, friendly ramp staff. Shelter is great to keep out of the sun. My last experience here was great with one exception. I was quoted one rate for a hangar and charged about 3X that. Line guy (who was very nice) didn't have the right info. I called and person I spoke with felt it fair to stick me with the entire bill anyways. Nice place, but verify prices!
From Kevin Schwechten on 28-Aug-2016

Nice facility. Really. However, it really doesn't have anything on it's sister facility at Houston exec. Odd as its the same company. Good service, everyone was very nice and accommodating. I didn't appreciate a $10/night tie down fee even if gas was bought. Seriously? The gas prices are also somewhat inflated. Just a bit disappointed compared to Houston exec and the tie down fee is plain annoying!
From Wesley Rawson on 05-Aug-2016

Line guys and even the front desk lady went out of their way. Age limit on courtesy car is 21 and I'm 20.99 years old. She still have me the car without hassle. Filled up the car and returned it waiting on a passenger. Excellent FBO and the pilotís lounge is worth the trip.
From Mike Harwood on 27-Apr-2016

Good prices and excellent service in my Cheyenne. This is a great alternative to the big Austin airport.
From Richard M. Barrett on 22-Apr-2016

A hundred bucks ramp fee to drop off a guitar. Common courtesy for a regular?
From Richard Stanley on 30-Nov-2015

AAA facility Great service had my Enterprise car ready and brought out to the plane
From Paul Burger on 23-Nov-2015

Put a fuel order in to fill up to the tabs, and they filled my tanks. I knew I needed about 15 gals to the tabs, and they put in 28.8. That's 14 gallons that I didn't ask for, didn't want, and didn't need. That's a rookie mistake that shouldn't be made by a top shelf FBO like Henriksen. Since it didn't put me over gross, I didn't make them suck it back out. But that was $75 I didn't want to spend that day. I will say that I was wrong about the weekend discount. I had called Atlantic at KAUS the night before and was assured that they offer a .50/gal weekend discount -- still way higher than Henriksen. I somehow got mixed up and thought Henriksen had the .50 discount. Whoops! Well, Ruby called Bradley and he offered a .25 discount, so I appreciate that, because they weren't offering the usual weekend discount for some reason. I realized my mistake after I got home. Doh! I do appreciate Bradley giving me the discount, but I'm not happy about the botched fuel order.
From Courtland Cranston on 04-Nov-2015

I have always received excellent service at Henriksen Jet Center, KEDC. The facility is well laid out, the ramp is spacious, and it's great to be able to taxi in under the large awning. On this particular visit in our Challenger 300, I was provided with outstanding service from some key individuals that make this FBO stand out. Paul and Carlos in line service went the extra mile to make sure we were treated like VIPs, not just a transient flight crew. Abby, who works at the front desk, was very professional and accommodated our passenger's needs. Overall, Henriksen is five star FBO. Did I mention that they have an engine off of a Concorde in the lobby on static display? Nice touch!
From Arlene Wohlgemuth on 11-Sep-2015

Lineman Paul Scott has consistently given me outstanding service. He has made flying in and out of Austin Executive a joy. I recommend Austin Executive but especially wanted to recognize Paul for above and beyond service.
From David M. Bowman on 07-Sep-2015

The first part of June the wife and I were traveling from Miami to Los Angeles, and this was our second overnight. I did not read the Notam about the "x" games being in town at the same time. These folks bent over backwards to get us a car. Great service, and a thoughtful follow-up note, makes us want to stop here again. Thanks!
