Since 1985, Southwest Services has become the premiere F.B.O. among Houston's airports offering 24-hour / 7 days a week full service fuel and line service from the smallest private, piston-engined aircraft to the largest turbine-powered Corporate jets and everything in-between.
In 2004, a state-of-the-art facility was built with the Corporate Traveler and Flight Crew in mind which includes a first class executive passenger lounge, separate flight crew lounge, complete flight planning/weather center, high speed, wireless internet throughout the facility, crew cars, snooze rooms and an experienced staff that can assist with hotel
reservations, transportation needs, catering and more.
Current construction on an additional 35,000 sq. ft. hangar is taking place that offers 22,500 sq. ft. of protected aircraft parking and 12,500 sq. ft. of office and maintenance space with completion set for Summer 2008.

Arrived on a sunny, but quite windy day. The ground service took note of my concern about the winds and without my asking put me in a hangar - no charge. FBO staff got me a decent hotel in Clear Lake within walking distance of stores and restaurants. Staff was accommodating with oil and pulling out the plane in the morning.

I have used these guys a couple times flying a 421-Air Ambulance. The service is top notch!! There are too many good things to say about these guys!!!

Can't say enough positive things about the folks at Southwest Services. Everyone from the linemen to the front desk folks is outstanding. I've been coming to EFD for years and this operation is the best. Great folks + great facilities = GREAT EXPERIENCE! Keep it up!

Great facility. Helpful staff, one of the maintenance guys helped me with a tire issue. Fuel price is moderately reasonable. Close to both downtown Houston and Galveston Bay area. One of the best around Houston.

Nice FBO with sleep room and big-screen TV. Loaner cars available - but suggest you call ahead. We were socked in due to thunderstorms and Chea gave us lots of help.

Great bunch of folks and a top-notch facility. Their briefing room is stocked with up to date IFR charts and approach plates for the entire country. We had to air up our nose strut before departure and one of the maintenance crew offered his help, no charge.

Came to town for a day trip that due to weather turned into an overnight. Staff was very helpful. Found a hotel room at a discount rate, tied me down overnight at no charge with a fuel purchase. Nice folks. I'll be back.

Yesterday I flew into Ellington and parked at Southwest for probably the 20th time over the last couple of years. I didn't need fuel. As usual the services and facilities were excellent. I've believe I have begun to take them for granted. Anybody can do good every now and then...These folks do it right every time. Thanks for the use of your facilites Southwest!

The CSR, unfortunately I didn't get her name, went out of her way to help me out last Thursday. They have great service and are very friendly. Just remember to call ahead to reserve the crew car as it is very popular. Very good service!!!

The best little kept secret near Houston I must confess. Great airport, great handling and courteous service, very nice facilities and 24/7 operations. Whether you show up at 7AM in morning or at 2AM at night these guys to a superb job!

Exceptional service on the ramp and from the very helpful staff at the counter. We arrived late on Tuesday evening and needed a ride to our hotel. Chea Wallace drove us about town and found our hotel. Terrific personality! Went way out of her way to help.
