I had a pre-buy inspection performed by Terry and Chip for a plane I am buying into. They were extremely thorough, both in the documentation inspection and the hands on inspection. I recommend their work highly.

Angie professionally ran the front desk at this FBO for our first of hopefully many stops at EIK! Clearly explained $5/night tie down, first night waived with fill up of reasonably priced self-serve 100LL. Provided crew car for both arrival and departure, even coordinating for time FBO was closed for Memorial Day. Great GA FBO without any hassles and always a can-do attitude!

Had a 3-day conference in Denver, kept my Saratoga here. The staff is EXCELLENT and the service is above par. Very nice, clean facilities as well. Easy access in and out of Denver. Highly recommend EIK as a gateway to Denver area and Vector Air as a choice for the FBO. Will return for sure!

Saved my Weekend! Last Tuesday I was in the middle of a difficult closing when one of my plane-mates sent me an email: alternator dead. My heart sunk. I had been looking forward to a long Labor Day weekend trip for over two months. I emailed a "Mayday!" to Vector late Tuesday. Wednesday morning Jason went to our hangar at BJC, flew the plane to EIK, diagnosed the problem, offered two plans of action, and not only had the alternator fixed by Thursday, but also detected and repaired a broken seat spring I had been meaning to add to the squawk list but kept forgetting to mention. Vector also suggested a preventative maintenance action we will implement. Just one of many examples of outstanding service Vector has provided, and why I will not let anyone other than Vector anywhere near my Skylane.

Called Vector Air today looking for a part. They didn't have it in stock, but Dan Gregg went out of his way to cross reference the part number, and give me contact information for several nearby shops that might have it. Eventually called Falcon Crest, their branch manager lives near me and he offered to bring the part home with him that evening! Kudos to both Dan at Vector Air, and Dave Walmsley at Falcon Crest for great service!
