We flew in two days ago and staff could not have been nicer. Took some fuel and fees were waved. Teresa and Suzanne offered a crew car to go the 747 Restaurant, but it was such a nice day, we decided to walk. They even offered to pick us up for the return, if we wanted. Thanks, you two! We'll be back when we have more time to see the museums.

Arrived there last Saturday morning and was promptly parked, fueled and given a ride to the main terminal to our rental car. After a day of wine tasting in the Finger Lakes we returned on Sunday morning to find all was well with our Cheetah. Charged only for the fuel - no ramp fees for our overnight parking. Great service. We will use Atlantic Aviation @ ELM in the future.

We flew in here yesterday in my Saratoga II TC. Three people, for a business meeting in Corning, NY. It was my first flight here. The taxi was waiting for us on time at the door. The FBO people came out to help us with parking and put chocks for the wheels. Very friendly people. I bought 30 gallons of gas, no landing fee, no handling fee, nothing extra. Fast in and out. The facility was nice and clean. I have a very positive review of this FBO. Thanks, guys!

Flew in for the day last Saturday. Rental car was ready and lineman asked if I wanted it brought to the plane. Desk staff had preprinted directions to Watkins Glen. Fee waived with modest top off. Overall very good service.

Made two trips here in a day, single engine turbine, first trip I was met by a marshaler second trip guys came out after parking. Bring money and lots of it, $110 dollar "facility fee" first visit of two hours stay and a "drop off" fee of $60 dollars for second pass thru. This on top of a $30 landing fee each time. 100 gallons of very expensive fuel waives the facility fee. Facilities are old and out dated. KBGM requires less fuel to waive fees, looks like Atlantic is the new Signature........

This was a compulsory forty-five minute stop on a day with two long legs, so it was nice to be in a spot that offered some comfort. There's a soft serve ice cream machine, a popcorn machine, and some vending machines. Our two boys had ice cream with crumbled cookies as topping. The Corning Glass Museum is ten minutes away and they offered us a crew car to go check it out, but we decided to push on. We didn't pay a ramp or handling fee and the fuel price seemed reasonable for that large an airport. They were very friendly and we will be back.

Bring money! To be there 5 hours, my ramp fee was $90, landing fee $37, and Jet-A was nearly double what I paid at the departure airport. Facilities, while nice enough and functional, are clearly not commensurate with the fees. AirNav should start tracking facility and ramp fees; lots of FBOs are lowering fuel prices (because folks do web searches) and then stiffing folks on unlisted fees.

Flew in for the Indy car race at the Glen. Folks at Atlantic are top notch. After the race the FBO was busy with the drivers and team owners flying out in their private jets...Even with all this 'high dollar' clientele around the level of service I received, as just a "Mooney" owner was exceptional. The departure end of runway 6 has two really big bumps. If I go back I'll do an intersection takeoff to avoid.
