I was ferrying a '64 Citabria from Vinton, IA to Bainbridge, GA. Weather started to "set-in" and I diverted to KEOK. I could not have found a better place to stop. I landed at 5:30pm (1/2 hour after closing) and called the Owner (Greg). He had someone at the airport in less than 10 minutes to help me hangar my plane, set me up with their Crew-Van and within 45 minutes I was in town finding Supper and a Hotel. I got weathered in for the next day and spent the whole day at the FBO (waiting on the weather). Everyone was very helpful and nice.. Everything (including fuel) was very reasonably priced and the service was above excellent. I will make KEOK a regular stop when passing thru with aircraft. I have been to many FBO's (large and small), and found none with the quality of service I found here!

Angel Flights usually get good treatment at any FBO. Here, it was excellent and the Lindner Staff went above and beyond to help. Our patient was not doing well, and they met the plane with a vehicle for the short trip to the lounge - very considerate. When she was ready to leave, the car reappeared and back to wing side!!

Just one of the most helpful friendly FBO's I have been to. Midwest hospitality at its best. Go downtown and check out the river, and have a tenderloin at the cellar. Be sure and bring a dog biscuit for "flash" the airport dog.

Our dealings with Lindner Aviation were through a pre-buy inspection on a Piper Arrow. We contracted with them long distance as we were traveling up from Texas to look at the plane. No one was available and after several phone calls, we were given Greg’s #. As it turned out, we could not have found a better mechanic or service if we had been familiar with the area. Upon our request, they stopped the work and waited for us to arrive to watch (and generally be pests). Everyone there was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Greg was especially attentive and went way above what we expected. Overall a GREAT experience and we met some great people to boot! The plane performed nearly flawlessly all the way home (7.2 hrs) mostly because of Greg's attention to detail and willingness to stay late to fix many extra unplanned discrepancies (nearly flawlessly as we lost the alternator near Waco, TX. But no one could have foreseen that). Thanks! Henry, Annie and Aeron Moses, Uvalde, Texas.

Following an excellent experience in 2009 when the FBO was opened late, we scheduled KEOK and Lindner again. Great service, fair price, very helpful. Crew car was appreciated. We like coming here and will be back.

If I could rate these guys as "Better than Excellent", I would!!! I stopped at KEOK expecting to call for a rental car, but every car was already booked due to local events. FBO staff spent 30 minutes on phones and finally found me a rental car at nearby Burlington airport. I also had a minor mechanical issue with my plane. They were happy to assist with tools. All this while they were marshalling Bird Dogs for the annual Bird Dog Fly In. Great airport, FBO, and people. I'll be back!

Keokuk is a great place to stop! Lindner Aviation let my passengers take the van into town for their meeting and when lunchtime came the lady at the desk said she could give me a ride into town for lunch over her lunch break. The service was great, friendly staff, and good fuel prices. I would recommend this stop to anyone!

I did not make it to Oshkosh this year. I had the misfortune to have magneto failure in the 1935 Waco CUC-2 I was flying. I did however have the good fortune to break down at Keokuk. I have been stopping at Keokuk while going to and from Oshkosh since 1993 and have always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. This trip cemented that fact that the folks there are just good people. I spent 3 days at Keokuk working on the airplane, troubleshooting, and waiting on parts. Even though I did not make it to Oshkosh this year, I had a great time thanks to the friendly and helpful staff at Keokuk who helped me troubleshoot, and fix the problem, and get me back in the sky headed home.

Outstanding hospitality & great service! We attended the annual "L-Bird" convention (July 23 - 26) in our DeHavilland L-20 "Beaver". The staff at Linder Aviation is "1st Class" and wonderful hosts. This will be our 15th year in attendance at this event.

Very satisfied with our visit during the fly in as well. The ramp was full, sign of a good crowd, and all the folks had brought their own tie downs. So if the spot was taken the spot was taken. We tied our L-4 down in an open spot, then went and bummed a ride in one of those communist airplanes! Made a nice stop in the OSH trip and we will go back next year.

VERY satisfied with this airport. I have flown into KEOK several times, most recently this past week when we were enroute to and from AirVenture. They have a great fly-in each year on the weekend before AirVenture. It's a nice small fly-in that is a welcome sight these days. The staff at Linder Aviation was friendly and helpful. They provided prompt fuel service and offered a courtesy vehicle if we wanted to drive into town. We will definitely stop here again next year.

VERY disappointed with my fuel stop & brief visit on 24 Jul 09 during the L-bird event. Flew there in my '42 L-4 to get gas on my way to Brodhead, WI despite fuel prices being more than 75 cents per gallon higher than surrounding airports. During my brief stay I was forced (not in a polite way) to move my L-bird by a Lindner Aviation employee because a CJ (Chinese made) airplane had parked there previously & would be coming back later. When asked why he simply said, "We want him to come back next year." Nice. Guess who will not be coming back next year to this airport? I highly recommend that pilots go elsewhere for good fuel prices & service...It's tough to find at KEOK & Lindner Aviation.

The staff at Lindner Aviation was courteous and helpful. The fuel price was the lowest around. It was a great open airport with cross runways.

Just got my airplane back from annual at Lindner Aviation. So why did I fly 150 miles to get an annual? Greg's reputation and referral from Randy (see below). The quality of his work was superior to the previous annuals I have had over the last 8 years. Greg caught some little things that went overlooked previously and was very knowledgeable of my Cessna. Also had the prop balanced (Lyc O-360 180hp)...What a difference!!! Very smooth on takeoff and cruise. Thanks Greg, see you next year.
