I have to agree with some of the other comments.... These extortion fees are bad for aviation. We have a King Air and it was $168 ramp fee plus a $28 landing fee. Ramp fee waived with 150 gallons of fuel. I only came from Buffalo, so it wasn't going to take 150 gallons. Even Signature doesn't require us to take 150 gallons. I won't be back unless I have to!

Really good service. I had an issue with a car rental company and North Coast secured me a backup car rental in case the first one didn't work out. Overnight tiedown fee is $12 per night. Other fees waived (fuel was purchased). I was able to drive the rental car next to the airplane.

Tip-worthy service; drove our own rental onto the ramp, but 2 linemen loaded our bags and towed the single to parking. Airplane well cared for overnight.

I have been at North Coast Air twice in August and will be back on August 25th. I wanted to recognize and thank Dan Sweeny and Bobby McCarthy for their help on August 15th, without their effort and going beyond the call of duty I might have had to spend the night in Erie. Keep up the good work.

Very friendly people at this airport, right from the easy custom clearance to the quick fuel turn around time. Also, no landing fees for singles can't beat it.....

I was with North Coast for 5 days and was in and out three times. They did a great job of having the plane ready to go each day. Line and office staff did a great job with customer service. My only issue was the overnight charge. With 80 gal of 100LL purchased on my stay, some consideration should be given to waive all or part of this fee.

Spent a weekend visiting friends in KERI. North Coast service was adequate; facilities are functional but not luxurious. Wanted to charge $80 ramp fee but waived it with substantial fuel purchase. Overnight was $25, landing fee was $20. This was an MU2 (twin turboprop). AirNav should start tacking ramp/facility fees.

North Coast Air was a great experience. After enterprise rental car didn't have a car for us (although they had the reservation), The excellent staff at NCA found us another rental and gave us a ride over. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks a million!

Stopped at KERI on 7/26/09 enroute to Oshkosh. I had called the tower and asked if there was an FBO that had an A&P working. The controllers were kind enough to call North Coast Air and wonder of wonders there was indeed a mechanic working to add a little brake fluid to my brakes. After landing I was met my gracious and courteous staff. I would like to particularly compliment the gentleman who repaired the brakes and Ms. Anita Deloe. The surrounding area was shortly hammered by thunderstorms and Ms. Deloe insured that I would have a place to stay if need be and that my tube and wrag plane would be protected. I would like to thank everyone at North Coast for making me comfortable on my layover and recommend Erie and North Coast to anyone who requires fuel or respite (there is a larger convenience store right across the street). Many thanks folks and I'll be back.

Stopped in for an overnight stay. The folks helped us get a hotel room and made the reservation for us. We were not charged a ramp fee or an overnight fee. We did purchase 53 gallons of fuel so they may waive any charges with fuel. Great service on the line and at the desk. Nice folks. We were stranded for a few hours by Air Force Two.

Wife and I flew into KERI 6/6/09 18:30 local for the first time. ATC was excellent and while on Taxiway D the North Coast team was out and waiting. Chocked the plane, assisted and moved to plane to the parking location. Fuel is very reasonable and exactly what was advertised here on AirNav. My first time in Erie and with the attitude and help given by the North Coast and ATC teams on arrival made for a great touring weekend. Departure time 6/8/09 10:30 local and nothing had changed North Coast and ATC Teams were AWESOME. Will recommend this airport for fuel stops, overnights and weekends. GREAT JOB ERIE - My wife was impressed and we'll be back :-))

Was in Erie for 4 days in March. Wind got brutal on 3rd night, and they put plane inside for me. Great service, very friendly. I'd highly recommend them.
