This was our first trip to Easton and we had a great experience at the Easton Jet Service FBO. When we called, they handled our hotel reservations, catering and rental cars. When we arrived, John and his crew were very professional and helpful. I appreciated the large ramp area that seemed to have less student pilot and small plane activity near our aircraft compared to the terminal area. They had the lower fuel prices and the lounges were as nice as a 5 star hotel. Since we were there all day, we used the free wi-fi and the crew courtesy car to go to St Michaels for lunch. They even had a workout gym room but we did not use it. With the HBO and Direct TV, it was an enjoyable afternoon waiting for our passengers. They even stayed open for us well past their normal closing time when we were delayed. While we were there, NetJets and Flight Options also used this FBO. I would definitely recommend the Easton Jet FBO.

C- Arrived on a Friday evening. One lineman on call. Asked for a top off and overnight hangar if available. Neither was done. Had to request it again on Sunday night. Unloaded my own bags. No offer to help. No cleaning of windshield. They could do better.

Flew in to meet family for an afternoon. As soon as we landed a voice came over the frequency and directed us to the parking at Easton Jet Service. They were friendly and helpful even after finding out we didn't need any services other than a parking spot. Very nice lounge area and furniture. When it was time to leave, the lineman took time to wish us a nice flight even though he was preparing to park an arriving Citation. Nice folks.

I was diverted to ESN due to thunderstorms on my route. Even though I arrived a few minutes after closing John at Eastern Jet went out of his way to accommodate me and help me secure a Motel and transportation for the night. I topped off with 100LL the next morning at a good price with no tie down or overnight fees. I will definitely stop back again.

Maybe it's just me, but last week when I called for information about flying in aboard a Cherokee Arrow for my CFI checkride they didn't seem too excited about hosting a prop driver. Then I found out they close at 7 and will charge $45 to stay late. How ridiculous! Who closes at 7? I decided to go to the other FBO and I was greatly satisfied with my choice. Here's something many FBOs like this forget: a prop pilot can spread bad publicity just as much as a jet pilot, so don't scorn us because we buy the blue stuff instead of kerosene!
