Judy did an excellent job helping plan this flight and getting us in and out quickly. On arrival we were directed to tie down and the line service person tied the plane down for us and brought the rental car to the plane. Great service (although the first line service person was somewhat unfriendly).

Flew into KEWB to pick up a friend for a sightseeing tour and expected to get fuel from Sandpiper Air. Apparently, Sandpiper has significantly reduced their services including that of fuel delivery. So, I walked next door to NorEast hoping to find someone to set me up. A long walk down a quiet hallway to the front desk I found the two gentlemen working the day. I asked for fuel, noting that my plane only takes a few gallons at a time. The employee who helped me was friendly, courteous and prompt. He also took my card back to the FBO for me and saved me another long walk there and back so I could concentrate on preflighting my passenger. Accomadations at their hangar seemed very comfy. I'll keep them in mind should I ever need fuel again at New Bedford.
