Arrived in our Baron on 4th of July weekend. Excellent service and a spotlessly clean FBO. Upon departure 3 days later, asked if they had an A&P Mechanic on duty to check out a minor issue noted during pre-flight. He arrived in a matter of minutes and we were on our way in no time. Traffic controllers from MCAS Cherry Point are quite courteous and efficient. FYI - New Bern is a beautiful, historic town - excellent stop.

Flew in 9/28 for meeting at MCAS Cherry Point. Line crew met us as we taxied in, greeting professionally. Hertz rental car wasn't there on arrival - phone call to the Hertz desk was unresponsive and unprofessional. Switched to Avis per Tidewater's recommendation. Van delivered within 15 minutes from the no-notice request. Made meeting with time to spare thanks to overall professional services centered on Tidewater's staff. Many thanks!

Tidewater has a fairly new facility (in the past few years), which is very nice and has excellent crew quarters. Prices are reasonable for the area and just slightly above average. They close fairly early (especially in the Winter months) so definitely CALL AHEAD during business hours to arrange after hours service if required. For us it was $100.00 call-out fee, but was difficult to get in touch with the staff member (no fault of his, I don't answer my cell phone at 2am either). Just pre-arrange and no sweat. Local ATC & Cherry Point are both fantastic.

Great FBO and staff. I was treated like royalty. The owner talked to us about 30 minutes about his Air Force days and gave us 52 gallons of free gas for our Angel Flight. Best and nicest FBO that I have ever been to. New facilities, great service!! A++

Tidewater Aviation has the nicest FBO on the east coast. Facility is brand new and no expense was spared in its construction. Fuel is reasonable, if not cheap, and the line service it top notch. Linemen meet the plane with a "red carpet" and hang around to help with bags. Thanks Tidewater, I'll be back!

Big bright attractive FBO. Efficiently marshalled to parking spot. Front desk person explained that they did not assist in making reservations at local hotels as they did not want to get involved with customers' credit cards (that was the explanation we were given). We were given the names and telephone numbers of several hotels to call ourselves. An unfamiliar experience for us. Rather disinvolved atmosphere, but then we weren't looking for "friendliness", just efficient parking and fueling, which we found.

EWN has a brand new FBO that's SUPER, but... It's closed after 8 P.M. And a HUGE charge if you need after hours service.

This is very nice FBO with a brand new building and a discounted fuel price. The lineman gave us a ride to our B&B. New Bern is a great place for a stopover with plenty of things going on in town.
