Line crew is terrific here. Real professionals. The FBO is a beautiful facility, but Katie behind the counter totally impressed us. Her sincere, friendly professional help was so appreciated. She allowed us to borrow a crew car to go to her excellent recommendation of a nearby cafe, The Shack, to have a quick but great lunch. Bella and Annika were also friendly behind the counter. As we took to the skies again, we reflected on the wonderful service at Fargo Jet Center.

We had a Quick Turn at the Fargo Jet Center in the middle of the night and we had great customer service by Dave Spooner and Andrew. They did a great job of taking care of the passengers, crew, and aircraft to facilitate a quick easy stop. Looking forward to next time!
