Ramp fee $25, waived for min fuel purchase of 7 gallons. Since we had just filled up at Union County at $4.75 a gallon, we had just enough room to add the 7 gallons. We figured we'd be out the ramp fee anyway, the purchase of 7 gallons essentially cost us $2.91 a gal above the cost of a ramp fee.

Overnighted on way back form Florida during the Jan 2011 cold spell, my Baron was refueled and put in hangar in record time, (outside temp was zero). FBO arranged hotel and gave a ride there when hotel pick up was going to take time. Kept aircraft in hangar to keep things warm until just before departure. A great stop when south/ north bound

The customer service representatives (Sueann and Jannela) in KFAY Landmark are among the best in the industry. Line service was second to none. Thank you for great service.

We received exceptional service from the ladies at Landmark Aviation. Nora gave us great directions to a good place to eat. Sue Ann checked us in on our arrival very efficiently. Sheila was very accommodating when we needed to have a couple of emails printed in color. When stopping in Fayetteville, we will again use Landmark because of the great service we received there.

Receptionists were very kind and courteous. A special shout out to Nora and Ree. They helped supply us with local car rental and hotel information. We had some mechanical issues and the linecrew provided some tools to help us get going again. Thanks for letting us use the crew van. From the crew of the CG helo.

I flew my pa-32 Lance into KFAY to meet with Powell Avionics and had a little spare time on my hands while they checked out my auto pilot ... After topping off our tanks at Landmark; the front desk lady (Nora) was very kind in directing us to an excellent local restaurant ... She even allowed us to use the courtesy car for a short time to make the lunch trip ... ... We will definitely look forward to coming back to Landmark in the future ... That's the kind of service everyone should have...

Line guys were busy and we parked ourselves. No big deal. Overall good experience. Ree, who was working the front desk, is EXACTLY the kind of person FBOs should have greeting people. She was great. Took our fuel order for the next morning and called the hotel. (Holiday Inn Bordeaux). It took over an hour for the hotel van to show. Be careful of booking there. After two more calls to the Holiday Inn, Russell, one of the linemen gave us a ride. Folks at Landmark really stepped up. Good people.

I've been into Fayetteville twice this month and received excellent service from Landmark. They have a quality operation with friendly, efficient staff. The fuel folks are right there ready to take you needs order at shutdown and the counter agents have always been friendly and quite accommodating. The only downside is the absence of transient hangar space. I understand that the shortage should be remedied soon.

Stopped at Landmark twice on June 2nd 2010. I called in advance to tell the line I would need a fast turn when I arrived at 7:30 am. The line was expecting me and fueled my Malibu and we were off in 15 mins. In the late afternoon the line guys were really friendly and helpful and the receptionist gave me her bottled water she brought from HOME as the machine was sold out. I will always stop there from now on going to the NE from Florida. Very friendly and helpful FBO!

On 2/19/10 I flew into FAY in a C-172 and stopped at Landmark Aviation. Had to deliver a document to a local community and had previously asked for the crew car, but is was out on a run. The Landmark manager knew of my plight and left his keys at the front desk for me to use his personal car. The line and front desk personnel were very personable, professional, and accommodating. I'm very pleased to have stopped there and will gladly do so again.

The previous comments are no longer true if ever they were. Flew in on a Cessna 172 on a cross country from New York to Florida. Ree at the counter was extremely helpful in getting me a hotel for the night and arranging transportation. I was marshalled in as should be and was greeted with smiles. Ree even gave me her personal cell number if I needed anything. And tower was very professional. Go here if you can.

Flew a T206H to FAY last week, and had a good experience. "Ree" at the front desk was very helpful with hotel and rental car as well as making arrangements through Landmark RDU, which was my next stop.

Landed in my RV7A at FAY to drop a passenger on Aug. 10, 2009. (I was a bit wary from some of the previous comments, but they proved unwarranted.) I received excellent service from Landmark: quick fuel, no ramp/landing/other charges with a 20 gal fuel purchase, and total ground handling service. Marshalled in and out, assisted with chocks, and even a red carpet put out for my passenger. (Red carpet?? That is a first.) Lady at the counter called immediately for previously reserved rental car, assisted passenger to the car. FBO very clean, pilot room was compact, but computer and wall-map equipped. The staff could not have been friendlier -- true North Carolina culture. I recommend the outfit and look forward to my return trip for pickup later this week.

Landed in Fayetteville on July 14, 2009. Landmark is the only FBO so we did not have high hopes of good service to start with but even Landmark has hit a new low. Rental car set up for executive passengers and on arrival we were told by the "customer service" rep "if you want the rental car you need to walk to the airline terminal and get it" and never said another word to us. This also happened to the pax arriving on a Falcon 50 after us and also the crew of another jet. One of the employees had brought their kids to work and the crew lounge was turned into a playroom so no rest area available for crews. No crew car available for meal, also told we could walk to the terminal (don't waste your energy). Landmark FAY is consistently one of the WORSE FBO's in the country. Very rude customer service reps and they could care less. I guess service like this is why Landmark rated so low in the pilot praise survey over the past couple years. Go elsewhere if you can.

We landed in our C-182 on April 10 at 5:00pm with no advanced notice. We were greeted by warm and smiling staff that found a good hotel for us, refueled the plane, and drove us to and back from the hotel. All in all great service, clean facility and superb attitude.
