The previous comments are no longer true if ever they were. Flew in on a Cessna 172 on a cross country from New York to Florida. Ree at the counter was extremely helpful in getting me a hotel for the night and arranging transportation. I was marshalled in as should be and was greeted with smiles. Ree even gave me her personal cell number if I needed anything. And tower was very professional. Go here if you can.

Flew a T206H to FAY last week, and had a good experience. "Ree" at the front desk was very helpful with hotel and rental car as well as making arrangements through Landmark RDU, which was my next stop.

Landed in my RV7A at FAY to drop a passenger on Aug. 10, 2009. (I was a bit wary from some of the previous comments, but they proved unwarranted.) I received excellent service from Landmark: quick fuel, no ramp/landing/other charges with a 20 gal fuel purchase, and total ground handling service. Marshalled in and out, assisted with chocks, and even a red carpet put out for my passenger. (Red carpet?? That is a first.) Lady at the counter called immediately for previously reserved rental car, assisted passenger to the car. FBO very clean, pilot room was compact, but computer and wall-map equipped. The staff could not have been friendlier -- true North Carolina culture. I recommend the outfit and look forward to my return trip for pickup later this week.

Landed in Fayetteville on July 14, 2009. Landmark is the only FBO so we did not have high hopes of good service to start with but even Landmark has hit a new low. Rental car set up for executive passengers and on arrival we were told by the "customer service" rep "if you want the rental car you need to walk to the airline terminal and get it" and never said another word to us. This also happened to the pax arriving on a Falcon 50 after us and also the crew of another jet. One of the employees had brought their kids to work and the crew lounge was turned into a playroom so no rest area available for crews. No crew car available for meal, also told we could walk to the terminal (don't waste your energy). Landmark FAY is consistently one of the WORSE FBO's in the country. Very rude customer service reps and they could care less. I guess service like this is why Landmark rated so low in the pilot praise survey over the past couple years. Go elsewhere if you can.

Same good friendly service. Very accommodating. Prices on the higher side but I've paid more too.

We landed in our C-182 on April 10 at 5:00pm with no advanced notice. We were greeted by warm and smiling staff that found a good hotel for us, refueled the plane, and drove us to and back from the hotel. All in all great service, clean facility and superb attitude.

Stopped on the 7th and 10th of Jan 2009 to pick up and drop off 4 wounded Iraq vets from Ft. Bragg. Was flying a mission for Veterans Airlift Command that the company had donated. When I ask that the $100.00 handling fee be waved I was told No. When I asked again and repeated that this was a nonprofit flight for wounded vets I was told, "I don't care". Thanks Landmark and all the wounded vets say thanks too. I hope the $100.00 helps. 1 Purple Heart might not get you much and Landmark proved that! Thanks to all the Vets out there for keeping the USA safe. Lee Foster Medals of America

I am based in Fayetteville and cannot say enough good about Landmark. Donald and his entire team are first rate and go above and beyond the call of duty every time called upon. Thanks!

WOW... Do stay away unless you have to. I have been in the FAY area for 10 yrs now and am based locally and have never been charged a ramp fee at FAY. They are charging $15 now. That is pretty pricy for a few minutes on the ground. There are many other GA airports in the local area. As far as I know, they do not charge.

Landed at 5:30pm and departed at 8:30pm the same evening. I was charged the $15.00 ramp fee. I've been there before and not been charged the ramp fee. Will only go back if I have too! On the other hand, the FAY controllers are always helpful and professional. THANK YOU!

Friendly staff. Wireless Internet and nice little pilot lounge. $15 ramp fee was not waived.

I visited on a long cross-country flight to get fuel, and everyone was really friendly. There was no one to park me when I taxied in so I ended up parking a ways down the line from the FBO. They were great about getting the plane filled up and ready to go. The facility was very nice and I enjoyed resting there for a few minutes. This is a place I would return to.

Excellent FBO, very professional and courteous staff. CSR Nora was extremely helpful with all questions and requests I had. Highly recommend if flying into the area. PS- I’m still winning the bet Nora.

I've been to Landmark in Fayetteville two times in the last year. The first time they broke the steering link on my Bonanza and this time they wanted a $15.00 per night tie down and parking fee. I moved the airplane twelve miles away to Rayford for free parking.

Dropped off a couple of passengers in a Saratoga on 7-12. They charged me a $15 landing fee and a $15 facility fee. One would have been waived if I purchased fuel. I fly to FAY often and this is the first time I have been charged these fees. I usually buy a little 'courtesy fuel' but no more. It would cost me more with the difference between my home fuel cost and theirs. I'm based 15 minutes away.

Cessna 310 - We diverted and arrived at KFAY un-announced. Landmark found us a hotel with shuttle, priced their fuel fairly, and with good grace handled all of our last-minute needs quite well. The Holiday Inn on 95 is particularly nice, with breakfast included, pool, etc., and a courtesy shuttle. Landmark is a good choice.

Very well taken care of. Flew a Citation V in on Saturday, Memorial Day weekend. Line guys were on the ball handling the three jets that came in all at once. CSR was very helpful with crew cars, payment, and seeing that we were comfortable. Fuel was slightly on the high side, but still reasonable. Thanks for the great experience!

Flew down from Northern Virginia on 3/27 with another instructor to pick up an airplane that was stranded here. Our Cherokee Arrow may as well have been a G-5! I'm always impressed when an FBO treats a prop like a jet. They literally laid out the red carpet for us. We were on the ground for only an hour but they sure left a great impression. Fair fuel prices and no ramp fee, plus great facilities and a friendly staff this is the way all FBOs should be. I'll recommend my Commercial students to take their long XCs to FAY!

After being kicked around by headwinds and turbulence for three hours, it was a relief to be treated nicely by the friendly woman at the desk of FAY's FBO. Their pilot's lounge provided a comfortable place to rest up for the next leg, and the (by today's standards) reasonable fuel prices didn't hurt anything either. Would definitely stop here again.
