Been in ASI 2x in last couple months was absolutely floored with the great service! I got there, Eric was there both times an he takes great care of you and your plane, Met me at shutdown, brought my rental car to the plane, they hangared 205CC, pulled it out had it fueled and ready when I arrived back to leave...... Everyone there was friendly and ready to serve you, it couldn't of been any better!! Great job!! If you are going through or stopping at Flying Cloud THIS is the place!! Thanks Eric!!

We have used ASI jet for several years. We fly a Citation and a Cirrus. Always super helpful, friendly and competent service. Highly recommended.

Arrived in a DA40 on 3/7/09. FBO was not busy, front desk help was very friendly, called taxi to hotel on request. We were charged $50 to hangar the Diamond for the night, which seemed a bit steep. Requested a 0545 departure time the next morning, got there at 0545 but the lineman didn't arrive until 0600 - obviously a communication problem of some sort, but we did end up getting out in time to beat weather. All in all, will return.

Thanks for the excellent service. The rental car was pulled up to the aircraft before I stepped out of the aircraft. Next time I land at Flying Cloud I will stop at ASI.

Terrific service, especially Leah. Unexpectedly had to remain over night. Leah took care of hotel for 3, rental car, hangar our Piper Mirage. Great service from line guys. Excellent FBO. Will return.

Consistently excellent line service. Plane is fueled in a timely fashion, always pulled out to the line when it’s supposed to be there, and cars are warmed up and pulled alongside upon landing. Service exceeds some of the top FBOs. Shop does excellent work but needs to work on communication skills to avoid invoice shock.
