They have really gone down hill. The fuel is the highest on the field. I asked them for fuel and they never fueled my aircraft.

Very nice facility, was met on the ramp and offered to help items into rental for our trip to the Mall of America. Staff could use some more training maybe on the rental, had to wait 1/2 hr to pick and drop off between two separate staff members to figure it out. Nice experience otherwise.

Fantastic service, very friendly, efficient and accommodating!!! Multiple rental cars stored on site for quick turn-around. Staff already had car parked at tail of plane with trunk open ready to load as soon as prop stopped! Bought gas (not the cheapest) but no overnight fees and great service easily made up the difference. Will gladly use again.

Excellent service! Stopped in on 7/22/2006 for an overnight stay. Crew car ready and waiting on arrival (no charge for overnight). Elliott made hotel reservations with a great discount. Needed a mechanic for starter trouble, but no one on duty until Monday. Elliott didn't hesitate to recommend ASI Jet Center as a Mooney specialist. Very nice lobby with wireless internet.

Very good stop. Personable, attentive, helpful, efficient staff. Arranged hotel, rental car. Took care with our King Air. Reasonable fuel. Nice facility.

Excellent FBO. The staff was very courteous even though we didn't purchase anything. They usually have quite reasonable fuel prices although we didn't need any when we stopped in. Highly recommended.
