Great service at Elliot! They (Les) had the rental car on the ramp when we landed, fueled the plane, no ramp fee. Les got us a corporate rate on the hotel, which saved us $45 per night at the Hyatt.

Flew in on 10 July and landed late (10:45.. Right before they close) and they were ready to park us and had the rental car running and ready to go. Fuel is a little expensive but service was great. Great place to go (passengers were 1st time GA fliers.. They were impressed with the service and facilities). Score 1 for general aviation, with the help of Elliott!

Stopped at Elliott to drop of my granddaughter on Sunday July 5, 2009. Was informed of new "facility charge" $25 for my Navajo or buy fuel at 50 cents/ gal higher price than other FBOs on the field. Did not need fuel but took 40 gal to avoid fee. After 40 years of buying fuel and service exclusively from Elliott in the Cities, they could care less. I will fuel elsewhere when I return in two weeks to pick her up. They have sold me their last overpriced gallon!

Flew in on a blustery day and received first class service. The rental car for my passenger met us at the plane. The facility is nice, crew cars are new. The line crew stuck me inside without my requesting it so when I was ready to leave that evening they promptly pulled it out and I had a warm airplane. Will definitely go back to Elliott next time I go to Flying Cloud.

They have really gone down hill. The fuel is the highest on the field. I asked them for fuel and they never fueled my aircraft.

Very nice facility, was met on the ramp and offered to help items into rental for our trip to the Mall of America. Staff could use some more training maybe on the rental, had to wait 1/2 hr to pick and drop off between two separate staff members to figure it out. Nice experience otherwise.

Fantastic service, very friendly, efficient and accommodating!!! Multiple rental cars stored on site for quick turn-around. Staff already had car parked at tail of plane with trunk open ready to load as soon as prop stopped! Bought gas (not the cheapest) but no overnight fees and great service easily made up the difference. Will gladly use again.
