We are CAA members and have been into Premier twice recently. Fuel pricing for CAA members is very good, and the entire staff does a great job of meeting the customer's needs. Rental cars were arranged for and were planeside, the CSR's are both friendly and professional, and line service is excellent. This is a great FBO for an overnight with hangar, or a quick turn fuel stop...We'll be back!

Arrived in my Seneca to complete a sale. Premier didn't take a nickel until the buyer fueled up on his way out. The line and desk folks were terrific - met the plane in freezing temps with 29G32 winds, provided us with warm space to complete the sale. Top notch service for little in return. Next time you are at FCM give Premier a try - you won't be disappointed. Thanks Premier crew!!!

I keep my SR22 at Premier Jet Center and everyone there is phenomenal. They understand the importance of an excellent customer experience and ensure I always get outstanding service. From the customer service desk, to the line folks, to the maintenance staff I feel like I'm their only customer and it's this high level of customer experience that sets them apart from all the rest of the FBO's at KFCM and most anywhere else that I have visited.

Weeklong visit in a Cirrus SR22, flying every day. I was treated as if I were flying a G650. Line personnel always there to park me; took care of fueling. Good snacks too. Absolutely top notch.

Arrived in an SR20 on a Sunday with a failing RPM sensor (the $1, 600 tach generator in this plane seems to fail every 1000 hours). Premier is an authorized service center. They spent Monday verifying the wiring and ordering the part. It was installed and the plane returned to service on Tuesday morning, about 1.5 hours after the part arrived. It's a turbine FBO and shop, but piston-friendly! Everyone on the FBO side is competent and responsive. You'll be treated like turbojet pilot.
