  Flew in two days early for the AOPA Fly-In due to forecasted inclement weather on the scheduled day of arrival. Signature's support of the event was fantastic. I was able to tie down for the night and with a fuel purchase they waived the tie-down fee for the night. Thank You!

  First trip of the year for fresh seafood and the great service that Signature provides hasn't changed. Yes, it's more expensive, but we always take some fuel and the fees get waived. Tower was much friendlier than past trips. Keep up the great work!

  While ferrying the Commemorative Air Force's SBD and P-51 to the Reading PA airshow we encountered weather that necessitated our landing at Fredericksburg. When I saw that the FBO was a Signature, my heart sank. We operate these aircraft on a budget in furtherance of a non-profit museum where every dollar counts. I was having visions of the charges and fees we were about to incur. I was very wrong to judge them. The GM Steve Southworth could not have been more helpful. With the approaching storm coming he moved aircraft around and made space for us in their hangar for the night. He understood the nature of our operation, and the rarity of these national treasures and took the steps to protect them. I cannot thank Steve and his team for all their help, and highly recommend this particular Signature if your travels take you to the area.

  Contrary to my prior post from 2016, my experience this time at Signature was very satisfactory. The handling charge was more reasonable (and waived with a modest fuel purchase of 12 gallons) and the staff was friendly, warm and accommodating. Rental car was ready and waiting upon arrival, they expeditiously got my airplane in the hangar in the rain and took great care with it. Self serve pricing is good. Thank you!

  I am based on the field and though it is now Signature many of the employees have been there for many years through several ownership changes. All very friendly, courteous and willing to lend a hand. The fees are kind of ridiculous but if you are not dealing with them they don't charge you. A lot of people fly to the restaurant on the field and park in front of it with no charge.

  Flew in to get some great fresh seafood, and always choose Signature. The gas is a little more expensive than others but the CSR's are top notch and the crew car is always available. Tower has been friendlier than in the past.

  Went to KFDK recently for business. Needed unscheduled maintenance on our Malibu. The Director of Maintenance (Robin Regester) promptly dealt with our issues. For instance, they recharged our a/c with R-12 (that's hard to find these days), dealt efficiently and timely with our de-ice boot issue, among other maintenance issues. Their attention to detail found some other concerns which needed attention. Robin kept me regularly informed of the progress. The fees were very fair and the service timely. If you fly into KFDK and have unexpected problems, rest assured that Robin's team will take care of you in a timely and professional manner!
