We were ignored by ramp agents after parking across the ramp with no one meeting us, and while loaded down w/baggage walking into FBO, 2 ramp agents (one standing and one seated behind desk) literally watched us struggle to get in door and never offered to help. Next, upon our arrival we were told that our 11 am departure time worked for their scheduled air show day of our departure but then called next day and left message to move our plane before 7am on planned departure date. Finally, when we returned, gave Branch (@front desk) our CC and went to bathroom. When I returned, Branch told me hubby had paid - I naturally assumed he got CC - he had not. Why didn't Branch offer it to me when I asked if bill was paid?! They took me to my airplane as they'd moved it far from FBO. After we cranked, we called to taxi, and Branch announced on CTAF they had our CC. We waited while they brought it to us. I called the manager, Denver, twice and still no callback. Find a better FBO - like KCCO.
