Enjoy the fine southern hospitality from the professional establishment. Arrived unannounced. Front desk quickly handled my paperwork, and arranged for Brian to take me to my local hotel with the courtesy van. I almost had to fight him off, since he was determined to handle my baggage for me. The next day, I called the field and they sent him back out to pick me up. Wow. I received Jet treatment in a Beech Sierra. Purchased 14 gallons, and ramp fee waived. A nice field with a LOC. Rumor has it that an ILS is on the way. Easy to find, and well under the ATL shelf.

Highest gas prices around for a 30 mile radius. Always has been always will be.

March 29, 2008. We got poor service from this FBO. Unscheduled stop due to wx. We were the only customers there. No one met us to park us, could not get a rental car, no offer of courtesy car. They would not even call us a taxi. We arranged our own taxi to the international airport to rent a car...$75! All three employees watched us lug our bags across the tarmac...While their golf cart sat nearby. Not even a bottle of water was offered in the way of hospitality. We purchased fuel. Price high but seems to be this area. Not hard to see why we were the only one's there. We have been to MANY FBO’s; this one gave us the least service of them all.

Stopped by today to pick up a passenger. No ramp fee and the line guys came out right away. They charged my GPS for me while we went for breakfast and were more then helpful with other requests. Will definitely return.

Very professional and helpful team. Was worried about getting ride to dinner after last comment but John was very willing to drive my wife and I there and David was there quickly to pick us up when we called. Plane was topped and ready to go when I got back. Great service will be back.

Things haven't changed much since the last comment. Flew in late Saturday afternoon behind weather for an on-field activity. Would not provide or loan shuttle van to allow us to check in and change clothes at the motel 1.5 miles from the airport due to "understaffing". When asked if there was a ramp fee for overnight parking the guy at the counter did not know. Gave me the impression they didn't care if I did business with them or not. Too busy with the flight school next door I guess.

I would like to say they have a beautiful airport but lack service. After staying for several days and paying tie down, and filled up with fuel, when I asked if I could get air in my tires, they said they did not do that, but down the road, they had an air hose, and I could do it myself. Not very friendly.
