I was forced down by the weather and came back in 3 days to recover the plane. The staff was very nice and helpful but even though we purchased 25 gallons of fuel we were charged a $30 ramp/tiedown fee.

Becky W. at the Frankfort Airport was a tremendous resource for us during our recent visit to the area. She coordinated our rental car through Enterprise, obtained out-of-area IFR charts/plates when we were caught away from home during the change cycle for the charts, and was always available to cheerfully offer help for any unforeseen needs. Wireless internet connection is available at the airport office, and the pilots' lounge is great for catching a nap. Thanks for all the help during our week-and-a-half stay!

Stopped at Frankfort on 6/30-7/1. Airplane fueled promptly even though the fuel truck did not work. The $10 tie down fee is a little too much. Friendly people.

Just wanted to post a little note here, my wife and I stopped at FKR with our RV-8 yesterday. The Line boy was great fueled us up right away and lent us the courtesy car to run into town. They have a very nice FBO building and we will definitely use them again.

I stopped at Frankfort to spend the night. Fuel was the most expensive I got on this trip of more than 30 hours flight time plus a $10.00 ramp fee. Service was OK but not what you would expect from a pricy FBO. I'll try to not stop here again.

I've flown out of the Frankfort airport since May of '05, and I have always received the best of service. Having been a student pilot, and now a frequent customer, I can say that the staff, facilities, and airplanes are some of the nicest in the area. Not only this, but the rental prices and fuel prices are very reasonable, and the over night ramp fee is very fair as well.

Tied my plane down at Frankfort for a week. Staff is professional and helpful -- B. Beem was quick to answer my pre-arrival questions via email. Terminal building is fairly new. Courtesy car available for drives into town - only vending food at the airport. Holiday Inn Express is nearby. Tie-down fee of $10.00 per night is way above average...

Was in for the day 9-28-05, King Air 200. Good facility for a rural airport. Meteorlogix Satellite Wx, Internet, Crew Lounge, Courtesy Car, Clean Rest Rooms, Jet-A Truck, Friendly Staff. Just about everything you expect in the big city, but in the country.
