Due to 49kt headwinds on our New Years trip to Vegas we stopped in KFMN for fuel. Staff was friendly and helpful and gave us a $0.20/gal discount on the fuel. We also found out they had a courtesy car. We fueled ourselves with a good lunch at Zebra's Sports Grill. Our return trip was different. Late Sunday afternoon again found us in KFMN where we would spend the night. The staff informed us we could not use the courtesy car for overnights (First time for everything) and we ended up with a $83 rental car as the town taxi service was, lets say, dismal. Also I could not get any discounts on the $6.56/gal fuel, none, zip, nada. I would suggest skipping KFMN unless you desperately need fuel. It’s just not worth it.

People were friendly and helpful, but fuel price drags down any chance of a high rating. Made 5 stops in a turbine helicopter between Dallas, TX and Fresno, CA. Atlantic's Jet A was almost $2.00 more per gallon than any other stop! The fuel prices here just don't make any sense.

Stopped in FMN enroute to Sedona. FBO was very friendly and provided a car for us to get some breakfast. Clean FBO with computer for weather briefing. Overall, very nice, but as others have said, avgas is at a premium.

Diverted in a C210 to KFMN due to weather. Good, friendly service. Ate at the on field, Sports Grill restaurant, which was fine. Avis cars were much cheaper than Budget's.

Wouldn't waive $90 drop-off fee for a quick drop-off of a cancer patient for AngelFlight West (their regular ramp fee is $180; the $90 fee is if you're only there for a few minutes). They waive the drop-off fee only for fuel purchase, which at their fuel prices is no bargain either.

It's not like the fuel prices were a big secret. It's not like I couldn't call ahead and find out. We came to Farmington for a hunting trip. We arrived on Friday and departed on Monday morning. They hangared my airplane and only charged me for one night. I was very happy for the customer service and I feel it compensated for the fuel price. I have flown into many "out in the middle of nowhere" airports and they all have the same problem- High Fuel Prices. I just took on enough to get me home.

I made the mistake of stopping for fuel at FMN. I will not do that again! I have several trips planned in the future that included a fuel stop at FMN but I will check prices before I leave and use Aztec, NM or Durango/Cortez, CO. Terrible customer relations and is not supportive of GA.

I can only repeat the comments below. Nearly Six Bucks a gallon for Avgas and Atlantic no longer gives Avtrip for Avgas purchases even 150 gallons. Nice employees, 24 hours service is handy, but not worth the price!

Atlantic in general is overpriced at most airports. The comments below are accurate enough, the facility is very run-down, and way overpriced for what you get and if we had a choice with these passengers we would go elsewhere.

The staff is friendly but not very fast-moving, and the facilities are clean but spartan. There's no flight planning computer, the fuel is remarkably expensive, and when I asked them to coordinate a rental car for me, the price they quoted was twice the price I actually paid by walking next door to the terminal. Again, they were very nice, but I don't expect to stop there again.

I clicked on the link to Atlantic's FBO website. The photos they show of the large hangars are the hangars Mesa Airlines occupied as a maintenance facility. The FBO in Farmington is a small building built in the early fifties. It is run down, the restrooms are old and are inadequate. In these restrooms the plumbing is not up to code and more times than not have an odor. Over the past few years my travels have brought me to Farmington. I have become friends with some of the local pilots however these facilities have existed far beyond the original intentions of the structure. As the previous writer expressed, this facility has always been so overpriced you would do yourself a favor and overfly.

Into FMN for quik-turn fuel stop on June 16. Had a positive experience with our Turbo Commander N900NE. Friendly staff and good fuel price. Line guys hurried and we were in and out of FMN in good time. Well done. Atlantic does a great job everywhere we go and we normally will choose Atlantic over another. 24-hour service is a big plus for us.

I had been traveling cross-country for 3 weeks. From Mexico to Washington State to Colorado and back to Alabama. This was by far the most expensive fuel I have ever purchase including some fancy FBO's. Atlantic was a ho hum FBO. Their pricing is way out of line. In contrast my next stop was in Weatherford OK where the price of fuel was 2.95 a gallon and the service was excellent. Atlantic I don't know what your are selling but the service does not justify $5.47 a gallon

I flew out of Telluride last week and flew down to KFMN to refuel and I was upset to find almost six-dollar 100LL. I can live with a high cost of fuel if its a neat place but who wants to go to Farmington for fun. I will never be back unless the cost is a lot less.

These guys must love the fact that Bisti no longer sells fuel: Atlantic has the most expensive price (by more than a dollar gallon!) of any airport within at least 90 miles of Farmington, according to AirNav. Why is that?
