Easy in, easy out. Red carpet treatment and friendly service. Staff helped us arrange hotel shuttle service and would have even gone out of their way to give us a ride if needed. That was unexpected. Recommended FBO!

Great FBO. Friendly people. Came into town to do some work at two of the movie theaters. Needed to be ready for a midnight departure and Landmark had me ready to go. Thank you!

Me and two pilot buddies wound up at Landmark lost and with bad directions (we were supposed to go to nearby Y14, not KFSD) -- not only did the super-helpful Stacy figure it out for us, she did battle with the lame hotels in town to secure us lodging -- and we weren't even customers! Next time we're in town and airborne, you can bet that we will be! Thanks Stacy and Landmark!!

Quick stop getting my experience on a towered airport in my C150. Stopped in to check it out and quickly found that I was outclassed. Non the less, the service was amazing even for my POS plane parked next to the private jet on the ramp! So good, I registered here to write a review.

A great stopover. Nice hangar and quick service. Nice town also.

Nice facility. Friendly service. Ramp fee for our small jet was comparable to what I would pay in a major city, but the fee was waived with 100 gallons of fuel. The Aviation Cafe in the lobby is excellent.

Diverted here in my Cherokee 180 on 25 Sep when my planned fuel stop nearby didn't pan out. Great service--treated like I was just as important as all the biz jets around me. Quick turn and I was on my way to Minneapolis with a great sandwich from the snack bar. I'd stop in anytime.

Stopped in to pick up a passenger in a small piston single, line crew was courteous and quick. Staff inside was very friendly and helpful. For such a big FBO and airport, they do a nice job with the little guys too. Great little restaurant inside will make you a to-go box with great sandwiches! Will come back again!

Stopped both ways going to/from Oshkosh. Excellent service, very professional and helpful line crew. Us lowly piston drivers were treated like we came in a Gulfstream! There was also a 60-cent/gal discount for Oshkosh travelers, which made the fuel price very competitive. Hangar for one stormy night was $55 (I asked for the rate first, unlike a previous commenter.) The airport is fairly close to town so you don't waste a lot of time shuttling.

Has to be the best FBO I have experienced in my 50 years of general aviation!

From Justin Shetter on 01-Mar-2010

Outstanding service. I called ahead (6 hrs) and when I landed at about 2000 that night they had the hotel reservation ready to go. The next day the line guys earned my repeat business by helping to "troubleshoot" a stubborn cold engine. The fuel is a little pricey, but you pay for what you get. Great/friendly service at Landmark!

Sioux Falls used to be my airport of choice for cross-continent stopovers. Not any more. I stopped over last week and, because the forecast low was 7 degrees, I asked if they would put my Baron in a hangar overnight. I should've asked about the price, but I didn't. When I got the $110 bill the next morning (which was more than my hotel bill), I told the person at the desk I thought it was extremely high. Her response: "Yeah, we've heard that a few times." (Meaning, "... But we don't care.") Then I went out to preflight to find they had overfilled my wings so that when I took off the fuel cap, about 5 gallons/side vented overboard. That's an extra $50 at today's fuel prices. They were not apologetic nor user-friendly at all. Fortunately, it's a big country and there are other places in the middle.

They have a nice lobby and friendly front desk, but the high price for avgas and very rude line guys made it a negative experience. Will never go back.

Quick, efficient turn. Topped off, hooked up a start cart (borrowed from FedEx), and turned around within 30 minutes.

Courtesy car?? I have stopped at Landmark many times on flights where all I did was take a couple hundred gallons of fuel - never even entered the facility except to pay! Today I came with customers in a King Air and could not take any fuel due to weight restrictions. I paid the handling charge though! When I asked for a courtesy car to get lunch, I was briskly told I couldn’t use it unless I buy the fuel minimum. Courtesy car?? Hardly. Extremely disappointed.
