I called ahead 48 hours and 24 hours in advance to inquire about facility fees, GPU...Ect. Told them my approx arrival time. When they directed me to parking they put me in the only spot on the ramp with snow and slush. When I inquired why I wasn’t parked on the dry part the answer was I surprised them and they didn't know what my plans were. Then I was told it would be a $220 or 130 gal at 6.24. I asked them to move me out of the slush spot by 1pm. At 1:15 I was still there and instead of repeating myself. BTW I was the only one on the ramp. I asked for a GPU at 1:30 for a 2pm launch. At 1:45 no GPU in site I asked them to just check that the outdated GPU would start.. At 2pm I went to check on the GPU I didn't see it. With a tone I was told it was being hooked up. After going outside I saw them looking all over the plane for the receptacle. This place is a not professional by any means. Not what one expects f they are charge $220 facility fee.

We were flying from Columbus to Green Bay when we had to land at FWA unexpectedly because of a line of severe storms that was too big to fly around. I can't say enough good things about the folks at Atlantic Aviation. They were incredibly friendly, and didn't even mind when our 1-year old got cranky and tired. When she wouldn't go to sleep they offered us one of their crew cars so we could drive her around. They offered to arrange a rental car and hotel for us, although we did it all online so we declined. They hand pushed my plane into a tiedown at my request. Finally, they didn't get around to fueling it overnight, but in the morning they offered to waive the ramp fee if I didn't need for them to get out there with the fuel truck. Since I'd only flown 45 minutes to get there and the fuel I was planning to buy was "courtesy fuel" anyway, I thought that was a good offer. You'd think I had arrived in a jet rather than a Cardinal. I'd go back there again.

I stopped there for a $100 burger at the much recommended terminal restaurant expecting a very steep ramp fee. Instead, I was offered use of the crew car when the restaurant turned out to be closed, and there was NO ramp fee for my Cardinal. Excellent service, very friendly people.

I was there in a Mooney to pick up a ferry pilot, whom dropped off a Navion for avionics upgrade at their shop, and was charged a $40.00 ramp fee. Never again!

Flew in for a multi-night stay. Friendly, helpful line service, as always. They took our bags from the plane to our rental car and loaded them for us.

I flew my pa28 in on Monday 4/12/2010, and was treated as like I was flying a G4. When I tried to depart on Friday 4/16, I found a leak in a sump valve. From previous experience elsewhere I was sure I was in for a several hour and several hundred-dollar delay. $15 and 30 minutes later, I was on my way. They were so quick my flight plan had not even timed out. Outstanding service, I highly recommend them.

Atlantic took very good care of our 182 and me on a business trip to the city. Lineman marshalling, help with tiedown and bags, call for the hotel shuttle, and friendly front desk staff - all top notch. Fuel a little more expensive than can be had elsewhere, but in line for a full service facility.

Stopped for fuel and the service could not have been better or speedier. Friendly controllers and an equally friendly FBO with very nice facilities.

Stopped in on a LONG XC to get fuel, bathroom and lunch. Yes, fuel can be found cheaper elsewhere. But what a friendly place! Restaurant in terminal is 2 minutes walk and the food, while not fancy, was fresh and good. Recommended.

I called Atlantic Aviation and was quoted $60 in landing fees for a twin Beechcraft Baron that would be waived with a 30 gallon fuel purchase at $4.70 a gallon. I went to Huntington. Response from Bruce Roberts, General Manager, Atlantic Aviation Atlantic Aviation would like to apologize for mistakenly quoting you a $60 landing fee. Landing Fees do not apply to GA type aircraft. Landing Fees only apply to Commercial type aircraft. However, Facility Fees do apply based on the size of aircraft. Facility Fees can be waived with a minimum fuel purchase. Hopefully your next trip through you'd reconsider using Atlantic Aviation Fort Wayne.

Flew to FWA for a rugby game. I was marshaled in and treated much like a jet customer even tough I was in an Archer. The facility was modern and clean. 40-dollar ramp fee was waved with a 15-gallon fuel purchase. They gave me the crew car for the better part of the day. Gas prices were a little high but that’s conducive of an airport with only one FBO on the field. Overall, a great experience.
