I've been using Banyan since 2005 line personnel are always on hand to help rental car delivered at the plane with A/C on and cold water in the holder if needed that are more than willing to unload the aircraft. I called ahead my last trip for Hertz rental and being Christmas Holliday season I was told my rental price would be 4 x the normal amount this never happened on other holiday trips so I talked to Banyan let them know how unfair this increase is. After talking to the Hertz Rep Carlos I was able drive out with a Mercedes GL 450 at my usual rate they really strive to make there customers satisfied I don't mind paying a little extra for fuel. My wife likes the service as well. I'll be back Thank You.

I have been to other FBOs at FXE in past. We fly a Phenom 100. The service at Banyan was the best I have ever seen in 30 years of flying! We were met at customs, assisted with bags, brought to FBO, escorted to great adjacent restaurant, fueled quickly, connected to GPU and all with smiles from all staff. FANTASTIC FBO. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Why come here and get ripped off for fuel when there are other FBO's on the field that are much cheaper for fuel.Response from Don Campion, Owner Banyan Air Service
Banyan Air Service is a full service aviation complex at Fort Lauderdale Executive, and we are very grateful to our many customers that have voted us as one of the best FBO's in the country in several surveys. Customers frequent our FBO to enjoy our team's first class service ranging in everything from turbine maintenance, avionics installations, and the nations largest pilot shop. Our unique restaurant, The Jet Cafe is now in it's third year serving breakfast and lunch 6 days a week. Our FBO is open 24 hours, 365 days a year, with 17 line technicians per shift to deliver fast, flexible and friendly service to our customers. To meet the busy workload and accommodate our growing customer base, we recently added a second shift in maintenance, which is now open until midnight daily. We have been reminded by many of our returning customers that price is what you pay, but value is what you get.

I have left a bad rating in the past for this FBO but decided to give them another shot. I contacted John Mason before arriving and explained that a year prior the service was anything but great. This time around was a total reversal. Mr. Mason would not admit it but I arrived at 2:30am and I am confident he scheduled himself to work overnight to make sure everything went smoothly. I got the red carpet treatment and a car running with the A/C on for me. It was truly a great experience. My rental car and all billing matters were just what I expected. Thank you Mr. Mason and your staff for a wonderful and great experience. I will be back in a few days for my return trip. I will be making this my new home away from home.

Banyan was by far the best FBO I've ever been too. 5 Star Rating from start to finish. Greeted with a smile, energy and genuine care. The facility is gorgeous and every single person was outstanding! I wish we had one in Wisconsin.
