Absolutely, positively the best and nicest FBO I've ever been to. Thanks for the great service. I fly a Bonanza.

Fantastic service and facility! Thanks to all the gang at Banyan. Check out their pilot shop too. Simply the best shop in the US in my opinion. Hint - Fly the simulator!

Great folks to deal with. I have a Cardinal RG and when I arrived they pulled the rental car up to the aircraft before I could close the cabin door! Upon departure, I ran into engine problems and when I taxied back to Banyan they contacted another shop on the field that could help get me on my way. The whole time the folks there were professional and courteous. I will stop here again!

I couldn't be happier with the service that Banyan has provided for us in the last few weeks. From arranging hotels and rental cars, to fixing some maintenance issues on our King Air, they were professional, courteous, and on time.
Response from Bill Garghill, Director of Customer Support On behalf of Banyan Air Service, I would like to thank you again for your business; the team at Banyan appreciates it. We would also like to thank you for taking time to fill our survey card and the kind comments you provided. Please call at any time if we can assist you any further.

TOP NOTCH! Arrived in a Cessna 182 for a weekend getaway with my wife, her sister, and brother-in-law. Great handling by the line staff, red carpet treatment, and our car was pulled up to the aircraft before I even got the baggage door open. Stayed two nights, took no fuel, plane was out front and ready for our return flight at the time I requested on arrival and paid $15.95 for all of this. My pax and I were very happy with the facilities and service. We can't wait to take a Bahamas trip using Banyan on the way out and back home.

Flew into Banyan for a long weekend with the wife. We were met by two linemen who proceeded to help us with our baggage and put the cover on our Columbia 400. Our rental car was waiting for us and we were away quickly. Banyan's staff and facility are first rate..... Best is south Florida.

Stopped in to tour a local university. Did not buy fuel. The guy that taxied us in gave improper directions (hand signals/wands). No big deal. We were given the red carpet treatment from beginning to end even though we arrived in an old Cherokee 180. Rental car was ready to go with no hassle. Flight planning area and restrooms were super. I thought the $15 tie down fee was worth it. Will be back any time I am making a short visit, but I will buy my fuel elsewhere.

Great FBO! Quite possibly the nicest I've visited. We arrived just for the day and the desk staff arranged for a rental car. Upon leaving at 0200 the next morning, we drank hot coffee, packed up and left without a fuss. Bravo!
Response from Bill Garghill, Director of Customer Support, Banyan Air Service To Sean Lee and all of our valued customers. On behalf of Banyan Air Service, I would like to thank all of you for taking some of your valuable time to provide us with the feedback that you have. The best FBO I have ever visited, Bar NONE! Arrived 03/14/08 in a heavy rainstorm and was greeted by two linemen with umbrellas to help us unload. Had to layover due to weather and they went out of their way to get reservations, drop me off and pick me up the next morning. Excellent facility. Only thing missing is a restaurant. They will be my first choice for my next trip to the Bahamas. Excellent job guys.

Stopped twice last week at Banyan. Great service from everyone. Pablo put a trip kit together to get us down to St. Thomas in the Virgin Islands at the very last minute. AVFUEL makes it a great choice to stop; we saved a $1.28 a gallon.

I was in there this past weekend. This is a first-class FBO! It is run by people who understand the meaning of customer service. It is an amazing beautiful facility, with all of the accouterments, and then some.

Our flight school with 8 airplanes just had the pleasure to visit Banyan last week on our way to the Bahamas. Bruce did a great job coordinating our group's arrival. The customer service and overall personal attention was excellent - especially when we had an airplane break down on a weekend. The new facility is amazing and well worth the stop. I highly recommend if you are in the south Florida area.

Flew in a Warrior to pick up someone on 2/4/08, dropped them off on 2/5/08, flew back in on 2/6/08 in a Navajo, for an AV Fuel training conference. Each time we were parked and greeted with a red carpet. Fuel is a bit pricey $5.34, but at a busy airport like Executive not too bad, and it is much cheaper than Miami. We were fueled up and ready to go in less than 20 min. We were even allowed to use the courtesy car to run and get a bite to eat. Linemen and desk workers were nice, and the lobby is absolutely beautiful. I would definitely suggest Banyan if you are visiting Ft. Lauderdale.

I would avoid Banyan at peak travel times. I stopped in on 12/21 and again on 1/4 after a two-week Bahamas vacation and experienced delays both times. On our trip home to Minneapolis I stopped at Banyan to return a rental raft and refuel. Our quick turn turned into a 90-minute wait. I went over to purchase some approach plates and noticed my 340 being towed to the back lot and then waited forever for the line guys to get around to pumping some fuel. Got a nice box of oranges for our troubles but Banyan made my Bahamas -> Minneapolis trip an hour longer than it needed to be.

What a pleasant surprise to go into a busy place such as Exec and find such a great place as Banyan. Fantastic service and facility. As long as you buy fuel they wave the fees. Definitely be back!! Thanks for being GA friendly.
Response from Bill Garghill, Director of Customer Support Dear Mr. Schnabel: Thank you for your kind comments regarding your visit to Banyan Air Service. We continue to look for better ways to service our customers and most certainly appreciate you choosing Banyan as your stop. Just as important, we appreciate you taking some of your time to give us the feedback so we can continue to take care of your needs. Sincerely, Bill Garghill, Director of Customer Support

Flew a Piper Seneca down from Lafayette - Purdue University with a friend of mine. We arrived late at night, the staff parked us by the front door, and before we got out we were greeted with a red carpet and friendly line guys. We left the next day to go on a sight seeing flight, and the line guys again treated us to a red carpet, and cold waters both when we left, and when we got back. Everybody we dealt with was very friendly and professional. We were impressed with their service. If I'm ever in the area again, I will use Banyan without a doubt.
