Good service and great prices. What more do you want?

Flew there from LNA to see if the price was for real. It was. So was the service.

WOW - Best fuel price in the eastern USA $3.44 on 10/21/08! Stayed 4 days and me and my piston twin were treated like kings. Rental car was there for our late arrival. Friendly face marshaled us in and took care of all our needs. High recommendation. Ask ground to taxi to World Jet east.

I flew to FXE in Ft Lauderdale mid January 08 for 2 weeks and used Banyan FBO where we had fair to poor customer service. So I went over to World Jet to see what they had to offer. The meet & greet area was under construction but, after talking with Danielle about fuel price & parking I decided to give them my business the next trip, Feb 29th. Upon arrival line personnel greeted us and the plane placed in its 2 week parking spot. The fuel price I was given upon arrival was honored upon departure even though the prices had risen. The reception area was nicely furnished and almost completely finished. I recommend you give them a try. I had a very good experience, better then Banyan. Also, Enterprise is just down the hall and Anna Cramer, Asst. Mgr and her staff were very helpful and professional. They also coordinate well with Danielle at World Jet should you arrive after Enterprise closes. I plan on using them on my next trip and will again offer comments.

Feb 26 08. Stopped at World Jet for the great fuel price. Instead, I received outstanding personalized service. The line guys were very professional, and fueling was done very professional, and fast. Even thought the FBO was undergoing major remodeling, we received world-class service, including pick up and drop of service for lunch. I would recommend this FBO to anyone traveling through South Florida. P.H. McClendon, Triple C Development, Inc. M. Herndon, Co-Captain

I used AirNav.Com for price, phone number and comments when I needed a place to pick up some friends at FXE. My 170 was greeted and parked professionally by a very friendly and happy lineman. I bought just 18 gallons, at AirNav prices, and my friends brought their auto inside the gated and secure area for the night. I felt welcome and comfortable here and will return whenever I go to FXE.

Stopped at World Jet on 11/27/06 they did not honor the guaranteed price. When asked about the guaranteed price they stated it was impossible to keep up with all the web sites and offered 20 cents off the price. Later that day they changed the price with AirNav

I was at world jet on the evening of the 13th and received by far the worst service I have ever experienced at an FBO. We were by line personal and I asked the line person to top us off (about 150 gallons) and asked about crew car and a place to eat. The line person offered nothing then promptly disappeared. We went inside and were met with sparse furnishings (the bathroom didn't even have a door) and another line person behind a desk who looked and acted like he would rather be somewhere else. When asked about a car he responded that the owner drives the crew car and pointed to a mini-van out front and stated it was not allowed out he pointed us to the Enterprise Rent-A-Car next door. We were only going to be there for an hour or so and just needed to eat and be topped off. He said he would find the fuel guy and went back to reading his magazine. After about 10 minutes and asking several more times about fuel and a car I gave up and taxied to Banyan. Don't waste your time with World Jet.

World Jet is the best FBO at FXE, hands down. Their prices are the best on the field, and the employees know how to take care of customers. If you want a basket of oranges go to Banyan, but be prepared when the bill arrives. If you want a real pilot's FBO, go to World Jet. You won't be disappointed. At the worst, you'll only save money!
