Parked there for 5 days at end of 2011, always friendly and staff treats you very well. Enterprise rent folks are great and very customer focused- ask for Stan or Wayne.

I stopped at FXE November 9th to clear customs, refuel and grab some lunch, and make a quick meeting after returning from the Bahamas. I checked in with the FBO 2 weeks earlier and thought I was all set. I called from customs to let them know I was on the way over and would like a crew car and a top-off. I was informed they DO NOT have any crew cars or courtesy transportation but they'd be happy to set me up with a rental. I asked them why their website advertised crew cars and got no response. Well, its 2 weeks later and they're still advertising crew cars. I hung up the phone and taxied over to their well known competitor and gladly paid higher fuel prices. At least they provide what they advertise.

This was my first visit to Ft. Lauderdale by air and I came in expecting the worst. Was pleasantly surprised that with what I found though. Good customer service, and my line fee was waived for an overnight stay even though I didn't purchase fuel. My plane was parked in the middle of nowhere, but considering what I didn't have to pay for it, those guys were the best!

Great experience. Line guys and office staff very friendly and helpful. Enterprise is convenient and well managed. Located remotely in corner of field but easy to access.

World Jet is my place at FXE! Traveled on 12/27 for 2 nites. Ramp was crowded no problem. Line crew helpful an attentive. Enterprise car station is the best. Low prices and cars always available. Fuel purchase waives parking fees. Kelly works very hard to make you happy.

These guys had the lowest fuel price. They stuck way in the NE corner of the airport with not a lot of room but they managed fine with my Mooney. Lots of larger planes too. One very important note. RENTAL CAR: Renting Enterprise online was HALF the price of calling the Enterprise office on site.... Even if you tell them you are a customer of World Jet. The Enterprise office is in their building.... Walk thru one door from the lobby to Enterprise, VERY convenient. The FBO should tell folks to price the cars online also, not just call direct. My bill for two days was like $55 instead of $105 I will use World again.

Flew in KFXE Nov.29. World Jet located at NE end of airport, nice people, courteous. No ramp fees or landing fees if you fill up. No ramp charges if you stay Less than 15 days. I recommend without reservation.

World Jet's people have proved helpful, honest, and friendly, and their 100LL is generally the least expensive. They aren't there just to collect ramp fees unlike other FBO's.

Flew in for a 3-hour visit on 4/7/10. People were very accommodating parking us conveniently right next to the FBO. Good fuel prices and service. For people meeting you there they are easy to find from the street with nice facilities to wait in.

Flew in on 2/19/10. I had parked there a year earlier and was happy with their service. With the addition of Danielle, their service at the desk has reached new heights. She's a terrific employee and really takes care of customers. I had spoken with her prior to our arrival and she helped me arrange for a rental car. On arrival, the rental car office was closed and they had mixed up our order. Danielle did everything possible to correct the problem and even got me a better rate. I was parked there for two weeks and had to charge up my battery the day before our departure. The line crew couldn't have been more helpful and efficient. I will continue to be a customer and highly recommend World Jet. Thank you!

Went into World Jet in a Twin Comanche just before Christmas and again on New Years Eve. Service was great, fuel was very reasonable. Danielle inside was great and is a real asset to the operation. Will definitely go back

Had a great experience at World Jet on Dec. 27th 2009. Danielle lined up a car, made an excellent recommendation for a hotel, even called and negotiated a better rate. Gave directions with a Google Map, provided a parking tag, and pretty much thought of everything I would need. I was very tired from a long day and she really took care of my family and me. Thank you Danielle!! She provided the kind of service I want to come back for. Great personality too.

The fuel is cheap here, but they're not a completely full service FBO. In other words, don't expect to call in on AIRINC and have baggage carts and so on waiting for you. I don't think I'd have any problem if I were coming in with some friends in a Bonanza, but if you're doing a jet charter, go somewhere else. I know times are tough, but they've cut back on the personnel and amenities to the point that they really can't match other full service facilities on the field.

Taxied to World Jet in a Mooney for fuel after having the aircraft annual elsewhere on the field. There was a little turmoil going on with a Lear just about to depart at the same time World Jet had lost electrical power to their entire facility. In spite of all that, I was parked quickly, handled and fueled efficiently, and was on my way within 30 minutes. (They took my credit card info for the fuel to charge me later after the power was restored.) Incidentally, there's a Wendy's a 3-minute walk away. I'll definitely use World Jet again.

Used World Jet a couple of times from Nov to Feb both times were great experiences the fuel is a great price and you can drive to your plane, unlike Banyan where you have to wait for them to bring it to you. Will be my stop in Ft. Lauderdale till they change something.

Great Service, not sure what these other posters were talking about, had our plane fueled and ready. Nice new facility, best fuel prices anywhere, nice location for getting picked up by friends. Will be back!

Great experience. I contacted World Jet after reading prior reviews, some good, some not so good. After contacting them and speaking with Donna, (Mgr), I decided to park my Seneca there for about a week. Very good service, and customer care. Fuel prices were the lowest on the field by a lot and when our plans changed and a quick departure was needed, they didn't miss a beat. I'll be back.

Would have to agree with other poster about not-so-great service. They "lost" my plane as well and couldn't figure out if they had fueled it or not. After almost 45 minutes of waiting, they found the plane. It had been fueled (thank goodness!), and the prices are the cheapest on the field. It's an okay place; just don't be in a hurry to leave.
