Called early this morning to see if I could get a hangar for the Bonanza for 2 nights because of afternoon thunderstorms. Landed 2 hours later and stopped by the self-serve for a fair price on fuel. Took about 15 minutes to get a rental car and the bird was in the hangar when I came back to get the bags. The folks here are very nice, the fuel pump is easy to use and very accessible. They saved a 7-hour drive with the hangar. I will be back!

Flew in yesterday in a Saratoga at 10AM to see Devils Tower and get a bite to eat. Fast, courteous help from the staff, a great restaurant recommendation and a "non-courtesy-car" loaner to get around in (it was Saturday -- they were busy). A terrific experience and stop!

Had to leave my airplane due to bad Wx....Great service and help from all there.

Flew in last week on my way to Montana. Helped me find a hotel and arrange transport. A good experience.

The new management seems to really emphasize customer service. I notice the 100LL prices have come down, especially at the self-serve - almost makes it worth a special trip!

The self-service facility is housed in a small hut a couple hundred feet west of the main FBO on the main ramp. Everything worked fine/receipt printed/price was excellent. Friendly & helpful tower personnel (possibly lonesome). A good fuel stop in the vastness of WY.

Stopped for fuel on 7/28. Met by lineman as we taxied in. Fueling began shortly after. Nice facility with courteous staff. Good place to stop. The only negative was the higher than average fuel price.

Stopped over the weekend. Arrived and was immediately tied down but not fueled do to approaching storm. The next afternoon one guy was working the line and the desk. Still quick and helpful. Fueled us up and put air in a flat tire. Had to wait for him to fuel a commuter that arrived, but had to wait on rain showers anyway. Fast and friendly service for the most part.

Reference after-hours, we operate 2 Gulfstreams into GCC, sometimes at odd hours, and we've never had a problem arranging after-hours service. Frankly, we've always found Flightline to be very customer oriented regardless of time. Of course we do follow reasonable business practices and take time to set up after-hours services in advance, including getting a cell phone number or two for points-of-contact. That takes care of the "never get anyone" problem. For those who are privileged to not need many after-hours services, remember that many FBO's get calls for after-hours service, and nobody shows up. Airplanes break. Plans change. People forget. It shouldn't surprise us if they ask for a credit card number or if they prefer to get a call an hour or two out. In any case, based on our experience operating 24/7/365, I don't think that you'll ever have a problem with after-hours if you set it up in advance.
