FBO has good fuel prices and takes good care of us every visit. Restaurant is good too, Arenas is open lunch and dinner with brunch on Sundays from 9-1.

Great assistance from the attendant on the afternoon of September 8th. After a long flight from Triple Tree Aerodrome in the Warrior, he was pleasant to talk to and fueled us up right away while we went to the attached restaurant. Same price whether he did it or I did it and $0.10 discount on fuel if you eat at the restaurant! Good food with a bar for the passengers if they wish. Great service from our waitress and we were on our way back home in 45 minutes from there. I had no problem reaching Clearance from the ground radio to get the filed flight plan cleared.

My experience was very different. I arrived 6:30 pm on Labor Day and parked in one of the 20 or so open tiedowns in front of the terminal. I was rudely lectured the following day by the lineman for parking my aircraft where he parks jets. There were none on the field. I did notice a transit parking area when I left the following day but the sign was not visible from the terminal parking area. There was also an inside sign requesting that if you arrive after hours you leave brakes off.

Garrett and his staff continue to define what excellent service should be. Now, the airport restaurant is owned by Arenas, one of Rehoboth Beach's best sandwich places.

The airport restaurant is open: lunch & dinner weekdays, on weekends breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Good food in a nice clean atmosphere. Great service from the FBO and very reasonable fuel ($.10/gallon discount for restaurant patrons).

Arrived after hours at 6:15 after a flight from Massachusetts. Thought I would have to relieve myself behind a hangar but they keep the building open complete with a lounge, computer room, vending machines and restrooms. Nice, well maintained airport in the Delaware countryside. Makes a good fuel stop if heading North/South along the coast.

Flew in to Georgetown the other day to meet with clients. The nice thing about Georgetown Air is they make me feel like I just rolled up in a Gulfstream rather than my Cherokee. Always greeted with a great big smile, I needed to borrow a courtesy car, which they happily lent to me. They do a great job and always take care of me when I fly in.

Flew in there to attend a youth baseball tournament. They welcomed us by radio and directed us to parking and had our rental car already on the ramp. Garret was very friendly and helpful getting us fuel and giving us directions to our hotel and the baseball fields. I hope we can go back. Good restaurant in the terminal. We had an early lunch and liked it so well we brought a group of players and their families there a couple days later.

We flew up from the Florida Keys to visit family in the northeast; got set down at GED by weather late afternoon. After deciding to say, we tried calling several cabs to go to the motel, left messages and got no responses. Finally, Greg saw how discouraged we were getting and took pity on us with the courtesy van. Greg is our hero!!!

Flew in on a beautiful Sunday for breakfast. Unlike my prior visits the ramp was empty, and I was ready to panic that the Lighthouse was closed. Never fear, within minutes the planes started rolling in and the place filled up. We were glad to get our order in early. They still give 0.10 off per gal if you eat at the restaurant, and if you fill out the paperwork you'll get another 0.23 per gal back from the State for the tax refund.

Great, well-maintained field. We flew in for the day during the off-season (November) to visit a friend's house and no complaints at all. Taxied up, tied down and ten minutes after walking into the terminal, we were fueled and paid. Prices were very competitive. No landing or ramp fees for a single engine for the day. Apparently the restaurant on the field is very good.

Friendly staff, and a fuel discount if you eat at the nice restaurant across the hall.
