I got a BLT to go from the restaurant. The sandwich was skimpy and the fries had no taste. Not a very good in flight meal.

Landed here with a flight of three on 10/10/2010, on our way to First Flight, KFFA. The service, food, and people were fantastic. We left our credit card on the table, and Paul & Mary Buchness, secured it for our return for lunch later today. The place is one great airport/restaurant. Thanks for providing an excellent place for us "misplaced" pilots to fly to!

Although I live a short hop away, I've just visited KGED and Lighthouse Landing for the first time tonight. Great little hop to and from KSBY after work tonight. The classic burger is really good, and the cream of crab soup does not disappoint!!! Very friendly waitress. Clean bathroom in the terminal. Apparently if you buy food, there is no ramp fee. Can't wait to come back and try breakfast.Response from Paul Buchness, Owner, Lighthouse Landing Thanks for the great comments! We have changed the hours of operation OPEN Breakfast & Lunch 8am-4pm DAILY OPEN for DINNER Thursday, Friday, Saturday ONLY 4pm-9pm Try our new "Delmarva Fresh" Weekly dinner menu local provided produce, seafood, poultry, bison Thanks...

Have flown into this airport JUST to eat here. Came recently with the KEYSTONE FLIGHT out of Central PA and we enjoyed it. Tried to come again last weekend, but were 7 minutes late and it closed - our loss! Great seafood.

This restaurant is open 7 days/wk, serves b'fast, lunch & dinner. I had their Fraternal Twins under their special Calabash section of the menu, crab cakes & shrimp. Very tasty. Their ice tea is served in tall glasses. Good view of the ramp. They have a special deal when I was there - .10/gal discount of your fuel purchase if your lunch tab goes above $20.00. Bright & airy atmosphere.

I stopped in at KGED back in January on the 15th! From the man at the fuel desk to the restaurant personnel, everyone was fantastic! I stopped in on my way back to Arkansas in a Cherokee 140. I recommend the Bison pasta dish! Great place and people!!

The restaurant was very full with locals on a Wednesday. The service was good and the food was excellent. I had the Bison burger (locally raised) and my companion had the Chicken and Slippery Dumplings (noodles). It had very large pieces of chicken, potatoes and carrots and was a lot more than she could eat.

Great restaurant! Very friendly staff and great food. If you come for breakfast, you have to try the sticky bun.... But beware.... It’s HUGE!!!

Great food. Visited in August, then took friends for their first flight in a "little plane."

Came for a late breakfast. This is a large, bright, airy restaurant with great views to the ramp and runway. Good food. Not my usual greasy spoon airport diner.

Light House Landing serves excellent meals. Great stop that makes any trip worth it. I would recommend all planes with in the area stop in for one of the best meals! Thanks for our great meal and we will be back!
