My last visit into Glendale was on July 8, 2012. I returned on March 21, 2013. Still great and friendly service and the ease of a rental car. I agree on the comment about departing IFR. When using runway 19 you must depart VFR and pick up your IFR with Luke Approach. I am planning another trip in the future and Glendale Aero will be my planned stopped.

Apparently they've changed hands a few times over the past several years. The present FBO continues with excellent service and reasonable fuel prices. The facility is one of those expansive, beautiful jet centers where they treat even us lowly piston owners like kings.

Came in shortly before closing. They called a taxi for us and provided instructions for getting back to our plane when we returned after closing.

Have to agree with the earlier post about missing our three UNICOM calls, (the old "we must have had it turned down"). But again, once I taxied up, they sprung into action. Beautiful facility. Lobby, waiting area, and rest rooms had that "expensive FBO" feel. Refueling was a little pricey, but quick. People were friendly. On departure, tower issued an IFR clearance that required RNAV. When I told him we weren't RNAV equipped, he said "Oh yeah. You'll have to depart VFR and pick up your clearance in the air from Luke Approach, " which we did.

This is the place to go, what a time! The folks at Glendale Aero are awesome, courteous, and quick; I highly recommend these guys as they had everything taken care of and went out of their way to help me out. Nice work, this really is how an FBO is supposed to be run.

I arrived for an Angel Flight passenger pickup. I did not purchase fuel but was met with prompt courteous service. The facility is beautiful and I was greeted warmly by all of the employees I encountered.

Very nice facilities and helpful staff assisted with tiedown and had rental car reserved. They missed our Unicom calls and tower comms inbound, but quickly sprang into action once we taxied in. Had plane fueled and ready to go for early departure a few days later. Thanks guys!

I called on July 3rd saying I would be arriving around 10:30 a.M on July 5th. Also, I requested a rental car, which they said they would take care of the arrangements with Enterprise. On July 5th I arrived a few minutes early and they we waiting for me. The line guy was there and directed me to a tiedown directly in front with the rental car along side just waiting and the air conditioning blazing anyway. I quickly unloaded by luggage into the car and went inside for a few moments. I was out in less than 10 minutes. The folks are friendly, courtesy and they treat you well usually reserved for the turbine folks. Even returning back to the airport I was greeted and parked the rental car next to my Seneca II - still in front - to unload the car. This is a must stop whenever you are planning a trip to the Phoenix area. The Glendale Airport is next to the 101 loop. So it is a quick hop on the freeway and away you go.

Great Folks. From the line guy on up everyone was at the top of there game. I landed and was in the rental car on the way to the hotel in 10 minutes. When temp is 105 it doesn't get any better then that. Thank You

Great experience landing here. Hotel and car all setup as promised by very helpful counter personnel. Didn't see any line guys on arrival/departure, but didn't need them (SS Fuel). Perfect location for Jobbing.Com arena and NHL game (NFL too).

The folks have always been helpful, and provide excellent service. When you visit make sure you meet Convair their concierge. The terminal offers a great restaurant and a nice pilot shop to visit while at the airport.

Glendale Aero Services is wonderful. Friendly people, great service and comfortable the most comfortable pilot lounge. Love the cat too. Overnight tiedown is by the city, not the FBO.

Flew to KGEU on 10-29-11 for overnight stay with my Piper Archer. Top notch fuel service and rental car service. Drove rental car out to aircraft unsolicited. Thanks for the great service!

Great service at this FBO. Wonderful facility, but even better service from everybody, line, fueling, desk, and rental cars delivered to the aircraft. Easy access VFR or IFR in and out of Phoenix area. Stop in and you'll probably meet Carl Brandenburg, the manager.
