Glendale Aero was once one of the best FBOs in the area. Now it is clear that it is no longer the case. The self-serve fuel is obviously not maintained and has not been for the past few years. The display is unreadable, one pump is unusable and on top of that their prices are nuts. The desk staff is rude and appears to not want to help anyone.

Back here again - I believe there's another review from me a year ago but nothing has changed the pump that was broken a year ago is still broken. Now the credit card reader is hieroglyphics and you have to be a genius to be able to read it. Do these people really not care or are they just that tight that they won't repair and upgrade the equipment.

Arrived in our Baron on 05/20 and was directed to transient parking. Our rental car was brought out to the plane so loading was convenient and quick. Staff was all friendly and helpful. Gave our fuel order at the desk so everything was set to go on the morning of 05/21. Nice facility and nice people. Will definitely use them again.

Certainly, agree with guy regarding the poor condition of the fuel system. Overpriced as well.

If you need fuel I suggest you go elsewhere - not only is this FBO overpriced but the equipment is ancient, and in disrepair. Last time I needed to get gas I pulled up to the pump to find that it was broken and they didn't even bother marking it so. Had to restart the plane and taxi over to the other pump. Now the hose on pump two doesn't lock and continues to try and retract while you're pumping so you get to fight the hose the whole time. I don't understand why they're not willing to upgrade the pumps and putting something newer than 1950s technology.

Flew in and operated a D-55 and C182R out of Glendale for some upgrade training over a 4 day period back in December 2021. Rylan and his line crews were phenomenal, supporting us during all of our day and night flying operations. Several successful upgrades completed, thanks in large part to their dedicated service to our special needs. Wouldn't hesitate to use KGEU again. It's conveniently located near Westgate and the major sports complexes therein.
