Great FBO with very helpful line service. The line girl even gave me a bandaid for my aircraft door mishap. Would definitely use this place again.

I flew into GMU for a quick turn on the way to RWI. Time is always an issue for the company I fly for and TAC Air always does a great job with our quick turns. I called in advance about 20 minutes out and shut down with the fuel truck waiting beside us. We were able to get fueled and a dozen donuts form the Krispy Kreme down the street in just over 20 minutes. Great job guys look forward to seeing you again soon!

Please make note that the FBO located next to the self-serve pump does NOT offer public restrooms. TAC Air runs the self-serve pump and it is not a TAC Air facility, so make sure to make other arrangements for "physiological duties".

Response from Becky Hart, TAC Air
I would like to point out that the facility by the self-serve pump Mr. Bos refers to is a flight school and not an FBO. TAC Air does offer public restrooms in their facility on the North Ramp, directly underneath the control tower.

Arrived to spend Thanksgiving with family. Very friendly TAC staff carried our bags and tied down the Cirrus. Good service from the Tower too, all nice people. Thanks everyone!

From John Hey MD on 21-Oct-2007
As always the service was great. Even if you use their self serve pump they are happy to treat you like a good friend. Becky got us a great motel in walking distance, which was cheaper and nicer than ones we had used before. Phoenix Motel has a special TAC Air discount and they have a scrumptious free breakfast and very nice restaurant and free WEFI. This makes it worth having TAC Air as our headquarters for all my visits to Greenville.

Stopped in for a business meeting in Taylors. TAC Air was great. Filled with southern charm and hospitality. Wireless Internet worked flawlessly and they graciously loaned me their courtesy car for an hour. When I returned after my meeting my 182 was fueled and ready to go. Great FBO!

From Ryan Woolley on 24-May-2007
Picked TAC Air over self-serve based on a good experience at KFSM. After chocking my plane myself, I walked in and asked to be topped off. Despite being the only arrival on the ramp, the woman behind the desk replied "Just any plane out there? I'm not psychic." Went to file and found the Internet connection down. Headed outside just in time to see fuel spilling off my wing. Back inside to pay for more fuel than I took on because "we don't do tenths." I'll spare them the trouble next time.

Response from Becky Hart, TAC Air
In response to Ryan Woolley: I was the CSR on duty the evening Mr. Woolley came in to visit our facility. My comment was not meant to be a flippant remark, but rather a humorous way to ask for his tail number. Many of my customers enjoy this kind of tongue-in-cheek humor, but I do understand that not everyone appreciates my sarcastic nature and I am truly sorry that Mr. Woolley's visit was an unpleasant one. We understand that our intermittent Internet service is a major inconvenience to our customers. We have been working closely with our corporate IT department to try to repair this problem and hope to have a permanent resolution soon. Unfortunately, we do only sell full-service fuel in whole gallon amounts. However, we do have a self-service pump that offers, in addition to fuel sold by tenths of a gallon, a substantial discount off of full-service fuel.

TAC Air folks were excellent... We had to make a quick stop for an emergency bathroom break. We were offered all of their great services, and we were charged nothing. I hope to see more FBO's like this, and I will return.

From John Rudolph on 09-Oct-2006
We come in there on a weekly basis. All the facilities are top notch, and the people are SUPER!

From Don Self on 23-Sep-2006
Self-serve was $4.00, and then they gave me a ride to a restaurant and picked me up. Treated me like I was in a Jet instead of my 182. Super nice people, clean - nice facilities.

From Lawrence Calder on 23-Jul-2006
7/14/06: Very helpful and friendly!! I called in advance to inquire about long-term parking without having my plane moved, and was advised where to park, just to the side of the FBO. They provided round-trip transportation to my hotel for me, yet I only purchased minimal fuel, due to weight and balance issues. I will return!!

From Lance Flynn on 28-Jun-2006
Excellent FBO. Very friendly service; put in exactly the amount of fuel I requested; and let me use their crew car for an hour or so. TAC Air here gets my recommendation.

From Doug Vetter on 18-May-2006
Very friendly and accomodating staff, and clean facilities. Like most towered airport FBOs, the fuel wasn't cheap, but they made up for it with a relatively inexpensive hangar fee ($20/nt for a single) and by providing a ride to the hotel a couple miles away. I'll definitely be back.

Stopped in there on Friday afternoon. Arrived in a little Alarus CH2T that obviously wasn't going to be a big fuel sale for them...They still treated me like I was a VIP. I needed to get downtown quickly because I was running behind, they had a lineperson take me in the van! Great service when I got back as well. Highly recommend them.

From Daniel Morgan on 21-Feb-2006
Flew into Greenville the other day and parked at TAC Air for a fuel stop. Within 10 min 4 more aircraft pulled up to the ramp. Even though it was chaotic with all the aircraft there at one time, everybody was nice and helpful, offering me anything I needed. My fuel stop was quick and I was on my way in no time. I will try to come here again in the future.

From Donald Thompson on 23-Oct-2005
Stopped there in my Cirrus. Great line crew and counter staff. Superb service every time. Highly recommended.

From James Siros on 02-Sep-2005
We used TAC Air today and the service was outstanding! We were picking up cargo and we had somebody to direct us to parking. The linestaff was extremly helpful. They even helped us load the cargo. You don't see that to often and wee were very appreciative since it was a rather long day. They were very helpful in making the stop as short as possible. Thanks again TAC Air!
